Ability for clients to select easier/harder exercise (progression or regression)
Ability to add regressions and progression. So clients can progress an exercise to a more challenging version, or regress to an easier version by themselves, without having to think about the right substitution.

Tighter caloric ranges for auto-generated meal plan
The current range of meal planner is about +-100 calories.
But imagine if someone follows the plan for the whole week, then you’d have +-100 kcal/day * 7 = 700 kcal / week (or +300 kcal for these three days). It’s a lot and May have a huge impact on a physique, if we have a strict physique goal.
Have a tighter caloric range or at least try to hit a weekly average closer to the nutrition goal.

Simplify recipes
The recipes look great, however, I think can be off putting for someone who is short on time.
If there were an option for simplified recipes that would be a massive help.

Ability to scroll between progress photos from the same view
Functionality has changed. Previously on desktop was able to select a specific view in progress photos, click a photo to view, then click on the arrows to see other photos from other dates in the same view.
Functionality has now change where selecting a view, then clicking on a image to view, then clicking on the arrows will only show the photos from the same date in the other views.

Ability to see remaining credits in client profiles on mobile app
And for the mobile app, maybe on the client view screen, in addition to the currently displayed "last view," it could also display # credits and when they expire.

Option to add a buffer before and after appointments
I would like there to be an option to set a buffer time before/after in-person training appointments to allow for sanitizing equipment or travel. I was using 10 to 8 scheduling software and it was a nice feature.

Exercise Flagging by Clients
Exercise Flagging - When a client wants to change an exercise, he/she can flag the exercise and the trainer sees all flagged exercises for each client in the dashboard so he can easily change or modify the exercises.
Another example, a client needs additional instructions on a particular exercise so he flags the exercise as "Require more information" or something similar.

Longer videos in the attachment section of the client's profile
In the attachment section of the client's profiles, there is a limit of around 8mb (1 minute max, sometimes even less, 50 seconds or so) for video uploads. This section would be really useful for any trainers that want to upload mobility tests that clients have done to track their progress. Schedule tasks/habits or activities for specific times of the day
It would be nice to be able to schedule reminders for different tasks, habits or activities for different times of the day. This is a feature I've seen in PT Distinction and it's actually a feature used by many Calendar Apps.
At the moment, in Trainerize you can only schedule Private Messages for different times of the day. All other stuff on a client's calendar: Habits, Workout, Cardio, Photos and Body Stats only have a daily reminder which is set for a particular time of the day (Default is 8AM I think and only the clients can change this daily…

Link up to my Google calendar so that it can block out my availability for self booking
I keep my personal appointments scheduled in my google calendar.
I would like to connect Trainerize to my google calendar so that if I have personal appointments, my clients cannot self-book in that spot.
