Easier for clients to add food to the diary:
a quick add button on the main page to add food to the diary; it would be great if they could just use this app for tracking food, but the feedback im getting is that my fitness pal is so much easier to add food to, on this app they have to go through lots of options instead of just being able to click once and be on the add food/ scan barcode section.

Ongoing timer.
It would be great if during a workout, an athlete could have an ongoing timer that tells them when to workout and when to rest. For example, the coach could program: perform exercise A for 30 seconds and rest for 1 minute. A timer that automatically moves through this has been suggested to be more motivational instead of something that has to be manually start and stopped.

Customization of Workout Color for the circle in the calendar
It would be nice to be able to choose the color of the circle of a workout, in a master program for instance (or the workout's purpose so that it adapts the color).
For now, endurance are green and regular workout are blue. But if I want to program a specific endurance workout with Zone 2 parts and HIIT parts I have to create a regular workout and it appears blue. But it would be great to be able to say that this is an endurance workout (green) or a strength/hypertrophy workout (blue) or a flexibility workout (orange) etc. etc.…

Battlepass/ leaderboards system
The app should add an element of gamification. By making the app more fun to engage with on the client side we could have better retention overall.
A Leader board system with an opt-in / out function on the client side (within the groups) would be the optimal way to implement this feature. Then each client can activate / share their numbers and metrics with the groups they choose. If they don't opt into it they don't have to see others scores. This would allow the competitive clients to push themselves and eachother while not forcing the program onto those…

Add own customised metrics on clients dashboard
Working as a health professional some of the metrics we would like to track are not in the set/standard list in 'Configure dashboard widgets' section.
It would be useful to have the ability to 'add' ones own metrics so that we can enter and track them over time eg Max Squat, Metabolic Age etc
If not adding new metrics, simply having the ability to change the name of the current ones.2 votes -
invoicing clients
I would like to be able to invoice clients even if they are not using the online payment method. I am currently creating invoices monthly for clients and attaching them inside of trainerize. it is very time consuming

When a basic client needs to repurchase session credits I would like to see an auto message sent to them with a link to purchase.
My basic clients don't repurchase session credits because of the challenge getting to the purchase link. It would be very helpful to have an auto message sent to them when their credit expires with a link to repurchase.

Trainer & client login
Trainers need the ability to use the app as if they were a client to help guide and teach the client how to use the app. Especially with the new nutrition coaching features, trainers must know the process for scanning food, trying the meals in the app, tracking macros, etc.
Right now it is a pain to log out and log back in as a “test” account I made to understand the workflow of the app. I also have to now pay for a seat as a “test” account just so I can learn the app’s features and how to…

Allow trainers to switch accounts.
Many trainers are also coached by coaches using Trainerize and you have to sign out and sign back in and go through all of the prompts. It is time consuming and annoying. We should have a switch accounts options to stay signed into both and switch back and forth between accounts like you can on social media platforms.

Having the ability to customize or change a program per client. Example client is in the middle of a set program but has a minor injury and needs to modify the program just for that client.
