Adding a dropset, cluster set, pnf, 1/2 rep, reps in reserve option to exercises.
A button or easy way to instruct clients to do dropsets burnouts, cluster sets ect on the last set of certain exercises

Ability for Trainers to program "Recommended Substitutes" in the Workout Editor to allow for Equipment Availability/Progressions
With the world going in and out of lockdowns, equipment availability is ever-changing. Additionally, delivering Group Training Programs, different members may have differing Equipment Availability, Personal Preferences & Levels Of Skill
The ability to program a primary exercise, with additional options that a trainer can program/recommend as an appropriate variation/substitute... this would work wonders in creating a highly adaptable program for the member's experience
I currently work around this issue by "Supersetting" exercise options based on equipment availability together for each movement pattern into movement-type categories with written explainers to help provide more information & variety with exercise selection for…

Include a possibility to go high in protein (40% protein / 30% carb / 30% macro split )
I'd like to have the possibility of choosing at least to be able to have a 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat macro split

In- Workout personal notes
The ability for subscribers to add notes to individual exercises in the workouts
Could be a simple three dot menu next to the exercise that brings up a drop down that says
- too light
- just right
- too heavyOr even better would be a small description box with smaller font so could see custom note in next workout
Examples:
- felt a weird punch
- weight felt light today
- next workout go up/ do more repsCould be next to previous weeks reps x weight area

Exporting Workouts/Programs to PDF
Can we please have someone spend a bit of time rehashing the PDF export for the workouts? Every time I export my workouts to a PDF, I have to put them through Google Sheets first, so that when printed they line up a bit nicer, and look like some thought has gone into the formatting.
Specifically;
(1) It would be really great if the printouts were such a size that the average person's handwriting would actually fit in the boxes,
(2) Furthermore to this, if I've spent the time to go through and edit all the workouts in the spreadsheet…145 votes -
Lack of snacks ideas...
I try to swap a snack and I there is no options available to fit the requirements... This is really important. You need to include way more high-protein snacks in here.

Ability to generate meal plans for higher and lower calorie days
It would be great to bee able to generate meal plans for both higher and lower calorie days for the clients you are modulating their food around training day / non-training day.

Ability to PAUSE a clients program.
Need to be able to put a pause on a clients program. Say they are away from 2 weeks on vacation, ability to pause for the 2 weeks (or however long) then start back where they left off when they return.

Ability to pull up a shopping list for the week
a meal plan for the week would include all the ingredients in the shopping list. This way a client can go grocery shopping and know what to purchase.

Add RPE targets/rating to each set of an exercise and also to progression tables
The ability to see how each client is rating an exercise speicifically and give them a target to hit on this exercise would be great.
What would be even better is if you could also add this to the progression tables. So you might start someone on RPE 7 on an exercise week 1 and slowly through a training block move them up to an 8, then a 9 etc..

Show more than than 6 clients, Better/More Efficient to scroll and view all clients.
The current way of having to click the numbers to access different clients is a complete waste of time. TrueCoach and CoachRX just for example allow you to just scroll through them all without having to access multiple pages. That and you only allow 6 per page is also a waste. Please update this as it's so annoying and time consuming and isn't something that would be that hard to transition to.

Ability to choose 3, 4, 5,or 6 meals for 1500 and lower caloric range
When putting in a meal plan for someone who may be in the 1500 range to be able to offer them meals plus snacks, not just 3 meals.

Allow users to plan meals ahead and track meals for upcoming days
Allow clients to plan ahead by loading meals for future days in advance. This allows them to plan grocery lists and be sure they are hitting their targets by preplanning.

Instead of the 3 preset macro splits, allow me to define my own macro splits.

Meal Planner “and” PDF option not “or”
The meal planner AND the PDF option Should be available to clients especially if the meal plan it was an additional paid feature.
It should not be an “EITHER OR” thing.
We should have the ability to give our clients our PDF information as well as the meal planner.
They need other things like grocery list restaurant guides etc. It should be an “AND” thing not an “or” thing

Remove estimated workout time (or make it optional)
Estimated workout time is inaccurate (too short) 99% of the time. Clients are constantly messaging us, wondering if they should’ve done their workouts in half the time — or less. It adds an unnecessary layer of pressure for folks who are already feeling anxious about starting a new program. Please remove, or at least make it optional.
