We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Trainer access to app

    I would love to be able to use the app just like a client without having to use weird workarounds. I want to participate and lead by example by earning achievements and tracking my fitness stats.

  4. Ability for trainers to enter notes for clients to see on their profile

    Right now, trainer's notes can only be seen by the trainers. It would be helpful if clients could have their own notes section as well, in case we need to have reminders/specific goals for them to see daily.

    Currently have a client who is not going to be tracking macros and instead I am creating a simple guide for her to follow. Unfortunately she can't see it pinned to the top of her profile.

  5. A cardio and supplementation section... viewable by both trainer and client

    I believe it's absolutely necessary to have a cardio protocol section as well as a supplement protocol section.

  6. glutes measurements and photos

    On the measurements there’s no option for glutes- (I know there is hips but clients dont see hips as glutes And think this should be a separate measurement
    Also think there should be more options for photos as 3 is not enough

  7. Adding weekly programming.

    Right now we can set a phase of training for however long we need it, which is great but I think adding a subpage under the main page will work better when it comes to weekly programming as each weeks intensity is different and it is a lot of work to have to go in, copy, paste and edit it each week. Especially for those clients that are not on a scheduled workout routine due to needing more flexibility.

  8. Change 'Not messaged recently' adjustment to 1-7 days, 1 week is too late

    The 'not messaged recently' tag is too slow, being able to change this to 1-7 days will be great to stay on top of large client rosters with frequent communication. The ability to create your own auto tags would also be a game changer.

  9. 4 Huge Reasons We Need Client Adjusted Cal/Macro for Advanced Nutrition Coaching(Meal Plans)

    As certified personal trainers & certified nutrition coaches we LEGALLY can't dictate a clients cals/macro breakdown. Yes we can operate in this grey area & help make dietary suggestions. But only a Registered Dietician can LEGALLY write a custom meal plan for a client. A lot of trainers seem to ignore this for some reason.

    Having a client adjusted overall cal/macro breakdown would be huge! Ex: If client decreases overall calories for the day or week then all individual meals automatically decrease servings sizes to meet the new cal/macro goal.

  10. Check in to multiple classes when checking-in to club

    https://help.abcfitness.com/ignite/Connect/Check-in/Class.htm

    Currently, when you check in to the club within an hour of a class in which you are enrolled, you will be automatically checked in to that class.

    Be able to increase the timeframe as some members enroll in multiple classes that are 30-60 minute long. If they check in at 12:00 it will not check them in to the a class at 14:00.

  11. Better look in the app.

    The app is hard to use and confusing and looks old, boring. You should look Everfit app. It looks fantastic. I only choose you because of integrations, but soon Everfit will have everything that you have, so I will probably switch. Because EVerfit looks nicer and easier to use.

  13. Adjust the quantities/servings of each food before adding to diary like in my fitness pal, instead of at the end

    Once I've searched a food in the search bar, I want to be able to click on the food and change the quantity and serving size before clicking “next” and then having to adjust it all right at the end.

    It would make things flow smoother if we could just adjust quantities from the start like My Fitness Pal.

  16. Auto-adjust daily calories so they can hit their weekly average

    Saves the coach time instead of having to manually adjust it or coach a client. The app should take care of it so they hit their weekly average
