This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to show specific body measurements (e.g. waist) under the 'My Progress' dash as a specific tile in the same way as body weight.

    While body weight and photos are important markers in assessing client progress, specific body measurements are also as relevant (take waist for example). It would be great to have a specific body measurement showing as a tile under the My Progress section on the dashboard rather than having to click a number of times to access it.

  2. Change time at the same time after checking multiple exercises

    We can only adjust the time for each “rest” or exercise individually. It would be helpful if we can check all the exercises/rest time , and then change it all to eg 30s in one go instead of doing it 10 times

  3. please add a reply button in a community chat under comments rather than @ them down below (like Instagram or Facebook)

    In a community chat I would love to see a reply button directly under that comment rather than having to @ everyone down below. This would help keep comments and reply’s together just like how Instagram or Facebook does it.

  4. Option for "active days" and "rest days" with caloric intake adjusted accordingly.

    Rather than a fixed daily intake, it should be adjusted for active days and rest days, as there can be a massive caloric discrepancy.

    Eg: intake on a day with a 1.5 hour run would be 3000 cals, rest day cals at 2200.

  7. Gym looks dirty and some machine are in bad shape.

  8. Allow Trainers and coaches to leave their personalized habbit videos to their clients instead of the app coaches

    Coaches should be able to load their personal wellness videos to their clients instead of the default app coaches.. this would be more personal to the client and better for our brand.

  9. Merging Exercise Videos To Avoid Duplicates

    The exercise libary is extensive, but sometimes I may create a new exercise by mistake as the one on here is under a different name. I'd like to be able to merge the newly created video to the current one, and for the stats relating to clients progress to merge over too.

  10. Direct Debit Mandate

    Please can you guys add GoCardless so that coaches can use direct debit mandate.

    Using card payment is a pain as if someone lost their card or change their card they have to always go in and update their card and a good chance of missing payments.

    By using DD Mandate everything will be simple and easier and clients is more likely to signup using a d
    DD mandate than using their cards.

    Now that you are introducing group classes having 6 months and 12 months membership this will be ideal for these clients.

  16. Can we have flexible phase cycles?

    I want to write up a new programme but not all my phases are the same length. For example I have one phase that is 8 weeks and then another may be 4 weeks.

  20. The ability to schedule daily habits into master programs

    Creating a master program to sell as a one-off item would be much nicer if you could schedule habits! I.E. Drink 3L of water per day, hit x steps every day, 10 pages of reading every day, 10 minutes of journaling every day etc. Essentially, being able to schedule habit tracking into master programs!
