training load
A feature that allows you to track workload. As you are already collecting tonnage per session then you can track this over time. Even more basic than that, you are already collecting RPE and time for each session. Its taken me about 10 minutes to make a sheet in excel that automatically calculates training load, training monotony, training strain and colour codes them depending on their scores. Please can you integrate this as well as rolling acute:chronic workload?

Meal Planner needs to be more allow more creativity (and instead of or)
It sounds like you need a more flexible meal planner that allows for greater creativity and customization. Assigning meals by days or weeks is a great start, but it would be even better to have a hybrid system that takes into account not only the days and weeks, but also times and phases. Additionally, having the ability to adjust caloric intake percentage and having the meals populate based on these inputs would be a huge asset. With these features, you'll be able to schedule your clients with eating plans that vary 2-3 days based on their workout and calorie intake,…

Lead Capture with Consultation form
For example, a potential client is browsing Instagram and comes across a story with a link. They are then taken to the Trainerize consultation form where they put in their details and answer the questions built by the trainer or pre-made. After completion, the trainer has talking points ready to dive right into a conversation.

Professional Title Adjustment
I have staff who will carry out my company's treatment. They have different titles like personal trainers, registered dietitians etc. It would be good to have the possibility to change the name 'trainer' to other titles like the ones I named above or to call them like I call my staff members 'health coaches'. Or to adjust the description to the own business needs. The title 'trainer' shouldn't be default, because not everyone offers specific training, but like my company has an holistic approach and offers access to fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness experts with different titles.

Hide personal client information from admin
It is a no-brainer that I should have the option to hide personal client information from whoever I choose. Currently, if I add an administrator to help ease the administrative burden, they also have access to the client's email, birthday, last name, phone number, last four digits of their card, any invoice, and any sale. This is an unnecessary liability and a huge hurdle to my growth.

Allow booking with manual client and locations.
For example, with a free consult - I don't want to set them up as a client in the system, but I'd like to book the time slot. I have a free appointment type for a consult, but I can't use it as it needs to be linked to a client.
It would be great if we could input a booking using appointment type, and manually enter the client name.
Same with location - if I'm training out of a different location to usual, I'd like to be able to just type the address, instead of having to set a…2 votes -
Messaging Arrows for TraCking
When I open up messages to see what clients have messaged me, it is not obvious who sent the last message after you’ve opened a client message.
It’d be nice if there was a way to see if the last message in a conversation was incoming or outgoing when I am scrolling through at the end of the day to make sure I didn’t miss any messages that I may have read and never replied to.

Ability to assign clients to more than 1 trainer.
Ability to assign clients to more than 1 trainer.
I have clients that work with more than 1 trainer and they cannot see the clients previous workouts and this makes it hard for them to know what to do or what weights to use.2 votes -
Build out meal plans item by item
I really want the ability to create a meal plan for clients that I build item by item and alter the quantities they are prescribed. Rather than be stuck with a premade recipe. Some people just want to eat chicken ******, rice, and broccoli in fact. Refer to the meal plan builder in MyPTHub which is based around this option. It just makes sense.

Ability to create smart meal plans through drag and drop (like workout builder)
I'd like to create any meal plan using the meal library through drag and drop just like the workout planner and then seeing what the total macros and calories would be.
