Trainerize should automatically migrate clients between trainers when they are rescheduled in our DataTrak portal, without having to get a manager to re-assign them

Group habit compliance report
I am working with a group of employees for their corporate wellness. For 6 weeks, they have been asked to complete 3 habits at 90% completion. Is there any way to pull this data per client or for the whole group? The only way I can see to do this is to open each individual's calendar.

Stopwatch on timed exercises
When setting exercises such as a wall sit or plank hold that is timed it would be good to have a stopwatch for clients to use to time their efforts when tracking workouts.

Ability to repeat calendar items (like auto messages) farther than 4 weeks apart
Currently, automated messages or anything else can only be scheduled 4 weeks apart. When reminding a client to perform a benchmark workout, 4 weeks is too short a period, as benchmarks need to be done 6-12 weeks apart. It would be very useful to allow more than a 1-month gap between messages. Up to 12 weeks apart is good. Thank you!

Ability to change targets to progress
The ability to change the displayed number in the little circles on a clients homepage to they're consumed calorie/macro for the day as opposed to their target, so clients can easily see what they've consumed already. Actually, a fraction of xx/*** calories/macros might be better, instead of just the consumed number. Options would be nice. 🙂

Please make gender, weight and height optional
I work with primarily *****, trans and gender non-binary clients who are not focusing on weight, numbers, and measurements but instead about what makes them feel good and using movement as a tool to help their mental health, build empowerment and cultivate healing. I understand why gender, weight and height options are important to many trainers and clients but I'd like to have those options customizable so I am not forced to make my clients answer questions that are not helpful to them or could cause harm.

Add assistant coach to existing chat
I would love to see the ability to add an assistant coach to an existing chat between the head coach and the athlete. I don't want to assign athletes to another coach and lose the relationship completely, but add them into my chat so they continue to get automated messages from me and the assistant coach has full access to it as well.
A group also isn't a good option for what I'd like as it would take away from the automated messages already programmed.

Add notification when clients start their workouts.
It would be great if we could be notified when a client starts his or her workout. Not only will we be able to give some encouraging words at the being of their workout, but we can also adjust workouts during their session like an in-person trainer would.

Access saved programs from the app
Access, edit, and subscribe clients to programs from the app. When I get a notification that someone purchased a program, I want to be able to subscribe them to the program as soon as possible. If I’m not home at my computer, it would be great to be able to subscribe them right from my phone instead of waiting hours (or maybe days) to be on my computer again.
Would also be great to be able to edit programs from my phone. The good idea fairy comes at random times, so I might want to make a tweak to a…

Training systems
A simple training system drop down for each exercise on a "regular" workout.
So rather than having to type the full drop set, pyramid set, Eccentric info etc etc, in each exercise note. where we already type the rep range etc.
As a trainer we could put a key in the workout description
DS = Drop set (perform set for required reps.... Etc etc)
PS = Pyramid set......
Etc etc.
Then all we have to do is along with typing in notes on each exercise, we put in the reps and sets as we would normally and then simply select…

Ability to create and automate todo tasks / reminders within Trainerize
As I'm writing notes on my clients file post call, is there a feature where we can set ourselves a reminder to follow up with them from a note? Or even a reminder at all?
I currently set them in my calendar but would prefer to keep everything in one spot! Also, when payments fail, or programs are ending, be able to remind me to follow up with clients.
