Allow public/prospects to see availability & calendar before purchasing. Not the other way around.
Example: I am hosting an open house, offering free 1:1 30 min training to public. We only have so many spots. The public needs to be able to see this availability before having to sign up. (Show times, availability as first thing to book, before forms, purchase, etc similar to calendly and other booking platforms).

Ability to view team/shared programs as a trainer
As a trainer, if I pull up a shared program, it shows that it's empty when I know there are exercises in it. Instead of being able to just view it as a trainer, in case I need to view a program at a glance on mobile or on desktop, I have to log-in as a member which is seems unnecessary. Would love to this featured integrated.

Schedule an appointment attached to a group
I do a live zoom challenge kick off call and I like to put it on the calendar for all them. Everyone is in a group and automatically get added to the group after they sign up. It would be nice that the appointment shows up for anyone in that group rather than me adding each individual person as they sign up.

In Discover Meals give an option to filter Recipes by Calories / Nutrition
Allow clients to search recipes based on calorie and protein ranges. This will make adding custom recipes a lot more meaningful. Also, it will be very helpful in helping clients eat tasty recipes within right calorie ranges.

Custom Time Intervals (Interval Workouts)
Interval App Timer Needs Finer Adjustments
The current times available jump from 2 min to 5 min to 10 min
This makes progression for HIIT style training difficult, when attempting to add 10 sec to a work interval, or take 10 sec away from a rest interval.
For example, 2:10 sec Work, 4:50 sec rest, etc.
Currently, the only solution is to write the workout as a regular style workout, and have the clients download and use a separate interval timer app, which takes away from the "custom app" experience

limit @everyone in groups
Allow trainers to choose who can tag @everyone in groups. If one person abuses it it can ruin the user experience for everyone in the group when they are constantly getting notified.

allow options for recording resistance other than lbs.
Allow options in recording exercise resistance other than just lbs. How about exercise band color, time, or inches (for example squats to a box, you could track progress by going lower and lower)

if the "rest complete" bell rings, then there should be NO notification that also says the same

Separate Meal Plan from Nutrition Goals
I don't mind the options for a general calorie goal and split (balanced) as options in the meal planner, however, having it automatically update the client's nutrition goals doesn't make sense as their goals aren't going to be exactly in line with the split. The meal planner can still be used for general guidance to hit the goals I have set, but it shouldn't automatically change the goals I have for them. Add ability to "deactivate a client" from three dot menu on a client card via the mobile app
Please make the option to deactivate a client more intuitive. Right now, the way to deactivate a client via the app is by selecting their client type (2 way messaging) below their name. It would be easier if it were in the 3 dot menu, just below the "delete" option. Screenshot attached.

Ability to add leads
Ability to add in leads without taking up a client seat. I would love to have the option within Trainerize to have a lead management system to track my leads and then convert them to a client after they've been onboarded.

Have 1-1 appointments available on the dashboard with an icon similar to group appointments.
Given that client's now have the option to see and book group classes on the dashboard with a picture of what it is, it would be great if they could do the same for 1-1 appointments from the dashboard for appointments like nutritional guidance, from checks, habit coaching etc. . Especially for personal trainers this seems like something that should be an option.

Can't see who sent a reaction in messaging
If you miss the notification to say who has sent a reaction to a message you can't see who sent it.
It would be nice bc it would spark more convo between clients cheering each other on!

SMART Habits & Goals: Enable coaching notes to detail SMART
Enable an opportunity for coaches to create a note on existing or custom habits/goals to detail and deploy SMART coaching for the client and coach to refer back to.
"Implement sleep ritual" is not detailed enough for the client to fulfill the habit, and the existing sleep ritual may not suit all clients, therefore stripping the client of their autonomy.

Make Freestyle Workouts made in the calendar Duplicatable
Right now if you make a freestyle workout directly in the calendar on a mobile device, there is no way to duplicate it, share it, or add it to a program after. In order to do this, you must go back in and recreate it all over. I think it would be a great idea if after you make a freestyle workout directly in a calendar you could go back and share it to another clients program, or even save it to a mater program.

Info on who sent last message in a chat.
I would like to be able to scroll through my messages and easily see if I sent the last message, or if my client did. This could be achieved easily with an arrow that indicates whether the last message in the thread was incoming or outgoing. Then I know if I missed a client's message and need to reply to them.

Client groups in the app should show up in alphabetical order like they do on the desktop version.
On the desktop clients are listed in alphabetical order by first name. This is really convenient when searching for a client out of 200+ names and thus takes less time to check-in with them multiple times per week.
The app places clients in a random order after all notification clients which makes it difficult to find clients.
