As programmers, we need the ability to add workouts that combine AMRAPS, For Time, For Distance, For Reps, For Calories. We should be able to make a workout without making individual inputs. We should be able to just input a workout and then choose, sets x reps, for Distance, for calories , for time, for weight, for AMRAP (for Reps only, or for Rounds and Reps). How to Remove PST Password in Outlook?
Hello everyone,
I have a password-protected PST file in Outlook, and I am struggling to remove the password from it. I’ve forgotten the password, and I’m unable to access the file anymore.
Can anyone help me with a method or tool to remove the password or recover it? I would appreciate any advice on how to solve this issue. Thanks in advance!

Different start up/welcome automation email for challenges
Currently, my welcome email and start up automation email is geared to my 1:1 high ticketed clients. Upon access, they receive this email for onboarding which includes the 1:1 coaching overview guide, high ticketed meal plan documents and the waiver.
This app needs a separate automation geared towards those joining a shorter lived challenge so they can get a feel for the app and i can up-sell into my 1:1 program. I have a client that brought up the fact that she wishes the app would tell her in total how many g of protein or other macro she has had for the day. It tells her how much she has left but not where she currently stands. She has to do the math

Generate Meal Plans to REDUCE Groceries
When generating a meal plan, try to reduce grocery ingredients needed by re-using the same spices, sides, vegetables and proteins over the week. It would be especially great to re-use items in the next day's snacks or meals by planning 'leftovers'. Example: have salmon for dinner Monday night, and salmon with crackers for snack Tuesday. This will save people time and money.

Assign Specific Habit in Challenges
I noticed that you can't assign a specific habit for the challenges. Many of my clients may be working on another habit in addition to a challenge focused on a specific habit. It appears the way challenges is currently set up, it would count any daily habits completed, instead of the specific habit I want to tie to the challenge. If there is a way to do this that I'm missing let me know, but if not I think this should is something to add.

It keeps the line of communication open without taking up a seat. This is crucial for us as coaches to generate on going sale/business. Instead of relying on email campaigns to retarget.

Upgrade the group chat feature
The group chat feature is old. The group chat emojis are a bit childish for an adult platform. And the fact that it is only one thread in the group makes it difficult to respond directly to people.

Custom habits for the challenges. I would like to be able to give points to a client for entering their weigh in and photos.
We struggle to get our clients to update their photos and weigh ins and so this would be an extra incentive.

Customize daily meals by adding or removing a meal (ie. breakfast)
It would be helpful to allow clients and/or trainers to change the meals that are available. This way i could provide a lunch 3 days a week, and dinner 4 days a week.

As coach I want to be able to make Master Library Meal Plans and auto calculate portion sizes based on my own/custom recipes.
Smart Meal Generator for custom meals too, to individualize the plans for my clients for their individual calorie/macro goal. But everything based on the recipes I recommend.

The ability to add and customize meal names.
I have many clients eating more than 4 meals a day and right now the only options are breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Considering having them go back to MyFitnessPal because it seems much easier to navigate and has more options for customization.

Adding form check videos to workouts
Allowing clients to have the option to attach a video of them completing the exercise on their workouts for form checks from the trainer/coach.
I have to use a third party app/messaging for my clients to send over this so this would be a really useful feature!
