Allow select clients to access all of the smart meal planner recipes (regardless of meal plan)
Not all clients want a meal plan, but it would be great to offer the recipes in the smart meal planner in a kind of "on-demand" style program that shows up in their app or something similar.

Individual macros for each food item tracked
Would like there to be an option to see individual macros for each food item tracked for both my fitness pal connection & the food tracking from the app itself this way I can see how they inputed it and if it is correct.
EX: I see my full clients meals included for the day but then when I look at the overall macros for the day it doesn't look accurate, should be about 150 grams protein, but she sees on MFP and whats transferred to trainerize says over 200 grams. which isnt accurate. so one of the food items…32 votes -

Remove clients from schedule if session credit expires
Please remove clients from the schedule if the credit they used to book the class expires between the booking date and the class date.
I have found that clients can book classes after their session credits expires if they book the class before the credit expires. For example, I have one client who will book classes weeks in advance to avoid losing her credits because she knows they will expire soon. Essentially she is bypassing the credit expiration dates.

Allow Manual Entry or connect with BetterMe, or the BetterMe Band, and all the rest too!
Just to use this app and get full benefit after spending thousands on a coaching program, I paid for membership to MyFitnessPal. Then instead of allowing manual entry if we have a fitness tracker that doesn't work with this app, I have to buy an Apple Watch?

Different sections for Meals and Recipes
Currently the Nutrition Master Library consists of 2 sections:
- Meals
- FoodsI would suggest you add a different section called Recipes where we can only add recipes that we then use for different Meals (just like how Workouts can be used for different programs)
The Meals section now functions both like a place to add Meal Examples and Recipe examples, however it would be nice if we could separate the 2 and then give the clients the option to either search for Meal Examples or for Recipe Examples.

Client's names remain anonymous when booking into a class session
I would like a setting on the appointment page where clients can't see the names of other clients when they book a class session and can't be seen themselves. I know that it is only the first name and the first letter of the last name that shows, but I run a smaller and intimate gym where most people know each other. I feel that being able to see who's in the slot and knowing that other people can see when you're training blows the whole confidentiality of it.
I would love to use the booking system on the platform…

Allow trainers to enter their own meals into the smart meal planner
Unable to roll out to mass client base until;
- Have the ability to enter own meals into the planner
- Needs to stop giving meat substitutes to meat eaters, because realistically they won't eat tofu if they don't have to.
- Would be better if it can be populated with enough meals to allow for a 7 day eating plan to be generated.
Would love to roll this feature out but won't be able to do it until have more control over the meals in the meal planner as in being able to add meals or delete meals.

Schedule Recurring Sessions
We have ~100 clients and we WANT to use the calendar but it would be extremely time consuming to enter the sessions every week.
The ability to book recurring appointments would be a very simple fix for this.

Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account
Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account whilst keeping their profile and all their information for them to still access, but without them taking up a coaching spot. For example if they’ve finished coaching with you, you don’t want to delete their account because they won’t have access to their programme that they’ve paid for and if they come back to you for coaching you’ll have to re-sign them back up again

Ex:
100 lbs x 10 reps
110 lbs x 10 repsAlso allow option for “2-4 sets” or “3-4 sets” instead of just one set option.

Allow for decimal places to be used for macros in food items
Currently the system will round up macros to the nearest whole number, which might not seem like a big deal but this ends up providing inaccurate daily macros. E.g. a food items protien macro distribution being shown as 4.6g as opposed to 5g

Add an option to add “ea. hand/ea. leg/ea. side” option when entering my Reps and weight during a workout.
Often when I go to do a workout again, it will say I did “40lbs” last time. I forget if I had done 40lbs “per side” (80lbs total) or if I was doing 20lbs “per side” and added it up to 40lbs because there isn’t an option to clarify…. I feel like adding a simple button to click or an asterisk or something that shows up the next time you do that same workout, this feature would prevent injuries.
