Dark Mode
A client dark mode for the client workout portion would really improve the aesthetics of the app. Dark Modes are becoming more and more popular. The new iPhone and Mac dark mode update is an example.

Ability to move specific workouts to different days in calendar view, while persisting custom progressions.
When you set dates for sessions, and then set up a custom progression for each week, if you need to change the day a certain session happens the custom progression DOES NOT persist.
There should be the a "Move to date" option when you click on sessions in the calendar view, so that if you've added a custom progression to that session it can be maintained on the new day. Otherwise you have to go back in and re-edit them, or lose them accidentally.

Readiness to train section before each workout
Having the ability to rate sleep, stress, energy & doms before each training session would be great.
Train heroic has a similar option on their platform.
Gives us as trainers a good idea of how well clients are recovering. As well as setting a game plan for a client who maybe had 4 hours sleep and is super stressed at work. Maybe they work at 50% that day or not at all.

Zapier Trigger: After 3 days send setup link sent to Many Chat
I am using ManyChat to get clients in on a free trial. They will go through the customization in the chat but never log in and use the app.
I would like there to be a zap trigger to send the client their setup link in manychat, if their account has not been set up within 12 hours. This will help me save spots for those who will actually use the app.

Edit Periodization in app
It would be nice to be able to periodize my clients programs in the app rather than just using the desktop site. Also it would be helpful to be able to add exercises to their program on certain weeks.

Zapier Trigger: Convert to Custom Program
Add a Zapier Trigger that automatically triggers the function "Convert to Custom Program" on a a client's current training program.
This way, you get the benefits of being notified when a client's program is about to end.

Allow billing to start on that day with a pro rated amount, then regenerate on the first.
I use Wodify too and they use stripe as well.
It would be nice to have someone start for example the 13th, charge them that day at prorated amount then generate full amount on the first.

For some warmup or cooldown workouts, allow us to turn off RPE rating for these workouts.

Ability to quickly build a tabata workout
Be able to quickly specific a general work/rest interval, and drag the exercises in.
Right now, I have to set the work/rest interval on every exercise manually.

Allow swapping of exercises while keeping same notes, even within supersets without unlocking.
It's currently laborious to swap exercises. Particularly in a Superset. !st we must unlock, than find an alternate exercise by manually filtering, than drop in place, and recreate or paste notes, than lock superset. It would be great if by clicking a swap button a list of exercises with the same bodypart tags populate and upon clicking one replaces the original and keeps same notes. Even better if we could do so without having to unlock or re-lock Superset.

Faster account switching
Easier switching between a trainer sign in and client sign in.
Make it so that you don’t have to sign out and sign into a different account when you have a coach for your personal use and you have clients under you.

ability to set or schedule future nutrition goals and see past nutrition goals
I would love to be able to create a 'new' nutrition goal rather than editing it. Also I'll like to be able to schedule future nutrition goal for nutrition phases and pre-planning of their macros.
I would like to be able to see what we've done in the past as I don't set goals based on % of macros so when the client is losing weight, the calories and grams of each nutrient changes. I would like to be able to still see past goals for comparison and change over time.
