Automatic scheduling
I would LOVE the ability to automatically populate one’s calendar based on basic parameters (ie. days off, cardio days, lift days, etc.)
For example: Susan wants to work out 5 days a week. Her rest days would be Tuesday and Thursday. She has 3 lift days and 2 cardio days.
If there was an option for us as trainers to automate a schedule conducive of those parameters, the amount of time that would save me would be immense. As it is, I can schedule reoccurring workouts based on consistent scheduling but adjusting multiple workouts at a time in the calendar…

Battlepass/ leaderboards system
The app should add an element of gamification. By making the app more fun to engage with on the client side we could have better retention overall.
A Leader board system with an opt-in / out function on the client side (within the groups) would be the optimal way to implement this feature. Then each client can activate / share their numbers and metrics with the groups they choose. If they don't opt into it they don't have to see others scores. This would allow the competitive clients to push themselves and eachother while not forcing the program onto those…

Nutrition details from progress
I would like to navigate to detailed tracking from the nutrition progress tab. Right now, I have to look at the nutrition progress note for the day that was not compliant and then navigates to details through the client's calendar. I wish I could click on the nutrition progress overview.

Add own customised metrics on clients dashboard
Working as a health professional some of the metrics we would like to track are not in the set/standard list in 'Configure dashboard widgets' section.
It would be useful to have the ability to 'add' ones own metrics so that we can enter and track them over time eg Max Squat, Metabolic Age etc
If not adding new metrics, simply having the ability to change the name of the current ones.1 vote -

To be able to minimize or toggle between the virtual screen and the workout program/videos while in a virtual session. I used Skype separately than Trainerize, and we would have both apps open...video from Skype and viewing workout and videos in Trainerize. The way things are set up...you can't exit out or minimize the virtual video without removing yourself from the virtual feed.

progression spreadsheet Update
When creating a progress progresion sheet it will be awesome if we can see the heaviest or last weigth used on that exercise. That way we can give a better personalized coaching when sugesting a weight to use so they can achive that goal

Ability to change recipe ingredients to grams/oz.
Most recipes have ingredients listed in cups, tablespoons, teaspoons
It Would be convenient to have grams next to the cup servings since measuring in grams/oz is more accurate.3 votes -

When duplicating workouts, make it so you can paste into another profile as it seems I'm unable to do that via the app anyways

Be able to add circuits/Finishers that I have pre made to the end of certain workouts without having to do from scratch each time
I want to add some pre made circuits to the end of workouts, so having a function that you can add a circuit or finisher to a specific workout would be great. Currently I have to make them all from scratch every single time which is time consuming.

Auto-save all workouts so they can still be accessed after deactivating a client
It's kinda annoying having to reactivate a client just to look at the workouts I made for them while they were active. Can you create an auto save folder for any workouts that are created?

PLEASE ADD BILLING DATE CHANGES, AND MEMBERSHIP PAUSING
Being able to pause/freeze a client's membership and change a billing date is one of the most fundamental features a CRM software should have! Not having these basic features as a single action is really making me want to switch software from Trainerize.

Meals for more than three days and easier meals?
I saw this has been raised. This is very important. My clients are busy full time workers and just want to meal prep once for the whole week.
Also, When I set their meals up it give them lovely options and it is a great tool but people don't have time or money to buy all these ingredients for the week. Are they able to chose their own meals?

Clients can add their own training
My business is 100% nutrition only, so I don't program any of my client's training or workouts.
I would like to be able to see what their training is for the week in more detail than just the calories burnt that comes through MFP.
I'd love a section where they can even just type some notes about their training for the day.
