This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Allow us to copy and schedule a previous Workout of the Day into a main program

    Sometimes you'll create a Workout of the Day that turns out to be a gem. It would be handy if I could simply import that workout into a training program but right now, I need to re-build that workout from scratch. It won't even let me re-schedule that workout for the same client so that we can repeat the workout.

  2. Allow for printing recipes from the mobile app

    For printers that connect wirelessly to a mobile device, it would be helpful to allow for printing of recipes.

  3. Adding two nutrition goals (high/low days) and two meal plans

    Some clients are following a higher calories/carb meal plan on training days and lower calories/carbs on rest days. I'd love to be able to include two pdfs in the meal plan section and two nutrition goals.

  4. Ability to Schedule the Days in the Calendar - Day 1 to be on Monday and Friday, Day 2 to be on Tuesday, etc.

    To be able to Change the Day name to "Training days', "Rest Days" and also be able to schedule them for specific days on the calendar.

    Not found. Is there a grocery list available? It would be exceptionally helpful for the app to produce a weekly shopping list.

  6. Condense and organize grocery list

    Organize grocery list into categories:
    Protein, produce, seasonings, ect.

    Condense grocery list, if two meals use chicken, combine the amounts for the ease of client to know the amount they need to purchase rather than list them out multiple times for each meal. Same with seasonings and other items.

    Right now the list gets pretty overwhelming and practically unusable when there is pages of ingredients.

    Happy to have the grocery list now and with these changes, it will be a very useful tool!

  8. Calendar Conflicts

    It would be good for the booking function to check for calendar conflicts in the same way Calendly does. Either that or a zap created to allow clients to book through calendly then the zap books their slot within Trainerize.

    The sync function only copies Trainerize calendar entries into iCal whereas it would be good if Trainerize could check for conflicts and therefore only show available slots. I'm aware you can set availability but to do this for every single day (adding in any adhoc appts the trainers might have) is time consuming.

  9. Daily meals to include more than just 1 recipe

    You should be able to add more than 1 recipe for a menu. For example, for a lunch menu, I should be able to select two of my added recipes which together are the full lunch menu. Limiting to just one recipe per meal limits the benefit of adding your own recipes.

  10. disable ability for clients to delete an exercise(s) from their workout.

    As of right now, clients have the ability to delete exercises and add exercises when editing a workout. It would be helpful to enable/disable this capability, rather than not having the option to limit clients from removing exercises from their workouts their trainer creates them.

    Ability to create a custom meal plan instead of an auto generated meal planner with a ton of ingrediants/food items.

  12. Fibre intake

    I tell my clients the importance of fibre intake but sadly I can't easily track it via this app, can we not add this to the breakdowns to ensure quality carbs are eaten?

  13. See macros for each food item on desktop

    Make it so trainer can see macros for each individual meal item on desk top and not just mobile. I am unable to click on a meal item on the desktop and see its direct macros.

  14. Steps challenge. Sync steps from watch for a challenge

  17. Scale meals to client meal plan

    Platform should automatically scale meal sizes to fit client needs in meal planner. For example, if I have created a breakfast recipe thats 250 calories but client needs 500, the platform should automatically double the serving size to fit the client meal plan. This should also be possible with scalig to non-perfect multiples - like if its 350 calories, increasing to 515 calories...etc

    This will be tremendously helpful for increasing range of meals for client meal plans and adding in custom recipes that can be used across many clients without needing to create a whole new recipe
