The option to set flexible daily calorie and macronutrient targets, rather than being locked into one static goal for the entire week.
Many advanced nutrition strategies, like carb cycling, calorie cycling, or refeed days, require daily adjustments to align with training schedules, activity levels, or specific metabolic goals. The current system of a single weekly target doesn't support this level of personalization.

Flexible Session Start Times & Overlaps for Client Scheduling within Fixed Events
I’d love more flexibility when scheduling events. Right now, once I create an Event for a session—whether one-on-one or a group class—the time is fixed, and I can’t accommodate clients who need to start 10–15 minutes earlier or later without shortening their session or disrupting the schedule. For example, if some clients want to start at 5:45am and others at 6:00am, I can’t reflect this in the schedule. Allowing overlapping sessions while keeping each client’s full session intact would make scheduling more accurate, reduce confusion, and prevent losing clients due to timing conflicts.

WE NEED the ability to better adjust the macros goals with the smart meal plans.
the macro % provided is trash. It can have a variance of 50g of a macro between the options. We need to be able to input specific macros for the daily goal with the meal planner, and even if the recipes dont perfectly hit it, only having 4 vague options for macros is not acceptable coaching.

Copy & Paste Workouts
How are we almost in 2026 and there's still no ability to copy and paste workouts on a clients calendar? Not too mention if I create a workout for the day on a clients calendar I have no ability to save it, copy it, or anything other than set up rigid recurring for it. I've been using this app for over 3 years now and while all the features are great - the lack of this feature is a huge disappointment still.

Fiber WITH Calorie & Macro goals
PLEASE put Fiber alongside all 3 options for calories, calories and protein and macros. Clients need to be able to have the fiber goal right next to these so they see it as the same level of importance. Right now, I have to write fiber as a habit for them to mark off and really it should be a goal alongside the calories and macros. Thank you!

Show total weekly calorie intake, daily calorie average, and daily macro average in the nutrition center. You guys had this feature already but with a recent update it was removed. This is an extremely helpful tool. Otherwise we have to add up all of the calories ourselves and find the average for each individual client when we're doing check-in's. So if we could integrate that feature back into the nutrition center that would be amazing!

Nutrition target phases
Hey all! My suggestion is to add phases to nutrition targets just like you can add phases/cycles to a training program. Eg. 8 week calorie deficit, 2 weeks of maintenance, then another 8 week calorie deficit etc.
With a big group of clients it can be pretty challenging to stay on top of who is ready to transition to maintenance or a diet break and back to their calorie deficit, resulting in lots of screenshots on my desktop to keep track of their deficit and maintenance calories between their phases as we currently have to edit their existing target manually,…

High protein Tag on the Smart Meal planner
Adding a high Protein tag to the smart meal planner so coaches & clients can easily locate them. Also calorie brackets so clients can see what calories they have left, example 200kcal, & just select the meals that show within this range.

Submit Macro nutrients from a picture upload/meal submission!
Be able to add macronutrients from a picture upload. At the moment can only add food. Should be able to do quick add and add the macro nutrients especially if client just wants to add a ready meal with the macro nutrient on the label. so just add the macro nutrient from the label rather than adding all the ingredients

workout sections
A big improvement to creating programs and helping clients understand workout flow is workout sections. Like a lot of people are talking about with this particular subject.
Each workout could have a section named, added at any time, to then save to a larger library where trainers can search, and then can copy/paste this into other programs.
For example, multiple core sections focusing on plank variations, rotations, band work, core stability, etc. Having multiple sections that you can search for and apply into any program at any time will save loads of time.
Even if you had multiple leg workouts…

It's somewhat frustrating having to copy/paste entire pre-written scheduled messages just to change one word or fix a typo.
Can we PLEASE get the feature to edit messages that are already saved and published, instead of having to delete and rewrite them.

Creat your own meal plan!?!?
When paying for the advanced nutrition feature, or even without it, you should have the ability to create your own meal plan so that it is fully customisable to the client! Number of meals, meal names, visibility over macro/micro breakdown as you build it out, and the ability to drag and drop both your own and the trainerize recipes into the plan. You should also be able to just add foods to the plan for example a yoghurt and banana as a snack - rather than having to make that a meal then add it. This need to be actioned…

I can add my picture, I can add measurements data, but it would be good if i could add my inbody test results, either as a picture or in a chart like body measurements

AI generation for programs and/or workouts
PLEASE INTEGRATE AI ! There are other companies doing it and it saves SO MUCH TIME.
Building workouts on Trainerize is tedious.The ideal would be to have AI integration built in so that we can provide goals, injuries, and any other specifications so it builds a shell that we can modify.
The next best thing would be copy/pasting the workout with things like sets, supersets, timing, etc so that the platform can autopopulate a workout for us to edit instead of clicking around trying to find things which, sometimes, are named differently in trainerize than what the exercise is…3 votes -
Check in format for client to update coach
A quick check in form for trainer/coach that allows the client to let us know how they are doing weekly or bi weekly. They can send messages but a checklist with room for comment would be great.
