This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. link parent and child accounts

    Link parent and child (or spouse) accounts so that one can manage the other and the can possibly share packages. I work with a lot of youth athletes and couples so this would be very helpful; I've been with a number of other platforms that have this feature.
    Sometimes parents do not want their child having access to their credit card information so creating the client/child account with their parent's payment info isn't great.

  3. Schedule Recurring Sessions

    We have ~100 clients and we WANT to use the calendar but it would be extremely time consuming to enter the sessions every week.
    The ability to book recurring appointments would be a very simple fix for this.
    Please add this feature so we can utilize the awesome reminder system!

  5. On assisted machines the app needs to recognise that lower weight os actually an improvement

    The app fails to recognise that as you progress through the assisted machines that lower weights are actually improvements. This is critical to get fixed especially for the clients that thrive off getting new PBs and use this as a toll to keep motivated

  6. Metric: Showing client how long they've been a member for!

    Our clients want there to be a banner at the top of the dashboard that shows how long they've been a member for!

  7. Custom habit descriptions, videos and editing

    Some of the other recommendations on this thread said it but I think they all tie in together. The habit feature would be so much better/stickier if we could...
    1. Write a description/outline for custom habits when we program them into clients calendars.
    2. Attach a custom video/icon to that habit.
    3. Edit habits on the fly in the clients calender. If we had them adding 2 cups of water a day, we should be able to add another two without cancelling the habit. It's all part of developing the same "skill tree" and I'd like to see their completion…

  8. The ability for the coach to comment/reply on videos or pictures to comment on technique, form or something else along those lines

    In messages, clients or athletes can send videos or pictures on technique, form, nutrition, or something else. It would be great if the coach could "reply" to that picture or video to have a comment or reply attached to the media the client sent.

  10. organizing workouts

    The click and drag function for reorganizing exercises in a workout program is not very efficient.
    There should be another option to reorganize exercises in a workout program in a numerical function.
    For example, If I want to reorganize a (2)chest-press, (1)squat, (3)bicep-curl, I could number them in a desired order instead of having to click and drag them into place.

  11. Calorie and macro breakdown per INGREDIENT in meals

    Currently, you can only see the total calories and macros for the entire MEAL. But if a client needs to swap an ingredient they aren't easily able to. Having the breakdown BY INGREDIENT makes it possible to empower the client to find something that works for them while still trying to stay within the calories/macros of the suggested meal.

    Even as the coach I can't see where the calories are coming from within the meal to easily assist them.

  12. Progressive overload tracking

    One page dashboard for exercise progression. Traffic light report on how well the client has progressed for each exercise in the training routine (i.e. did they do more weight when compared to previous week / more reps).

  13. Battlepass/ leaderboards system

    The app should add an element of gamification. By making the app more fun to engage with on the client side we could have better retention overall.

    A Leader board system with an opt-in / out function on the client side (within the groups) would be the optimal way to implement this feature. Then each client can activate / share their numbers and metrics with the groups they choose. If they don't opt into it they don't have to see others scores.   16. Increase Low 5GB Video Limit To Increase Video Quality

    Video package issue.

    I currently subscribe to the video add on package. I would like to report a issue which is only going to get more of a problem as time moves on.

    Each video I can upload has a maximum of 5gb storage, which is inadequate for its purpose. For example my 15 minute workout on the iPhone 14 pro is between 6-8GB so an hour is 30GB (approx). I know its possible to compress these video online but at a cost of over £200 a year and this reduces the quality of the video. As new phones are…

  17. Body measurements added to progress page

    Body weight and photos are easily accessible on the Progress Page. Measurements are just as important as a metric to see progress. I think it should have a box in the My Progress schematic.

  20. Set different macros target for different days

    It would be very useful to be able to assign certain macros target on specific days.

    Additionally, it would be amazing that the different target show in the nutrition section (coach side) when we look back at the monthly view
