This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  4. Add an option to add “ea. hand/ea. leg/ea. side” option when entering my Reps and weight during a workout.

    Often when I go to do a workout again, it will say I did “40lbs” last time. I forget if I had done 40lbs “per side” (80lbs total) or if I was doing 20lbs “per side” and added it up to 40lbs because there isn’t an option to clarify…. I feel like adding a simple button to click or an asterisk or something that shows up the next time you do that same workout, this feature would prevent injuries.

  5. Total Daily Portions

    For the nutrition portion habits, I would love to be able to set a custom total of portions for the day rather than per meal.

    For example: I might tell a client to eat 4 palm sized portions of protein daily or 8 handfuls of carbs daily.

    I would like to customize the number of portions and I don't really use it per meal but per day.

    Ability to make Educational Course Content and not have clients using a separate course builder on a website in addition to the App. Right now the App isn't set up to deliver education nutrition, health information via a video course. You have the WOD, but that is titled "Workout of the Day." You can change this in the meantime to "Training of the Day," so at least that can cover physical training and educational training videos and still make sense for a bandaid for now. Would be nice to have a true course build out with dates when to watch…

  9. Stop progress photos from coming up FIRST when clicking on progress tab (for Privacy)

    When clicking on the progress tab on the left side of a client's dashboard, progress photos come up first on the screen by default. Some of these photos are sensitive and if at a coffee shop or in public wanting to look for progress data this comes up first. Can it be moved to the bottom or after Biometrics and have Biometrics open first?

    Also, if sharing the screen on zoom with a client and opening up progress, this may not be something people want to see right away until they have made progress and seen changes. So, it is…

  10. Ability for client to turn off progress pictures, body weight & measurements

    Some of our clients would like to be able to turn off the notification for progress pictures, body weight & measurements however they are baked in our master programs for the clients who like to use those metrics.

    It would be nice if the client was able to toggle on and off to be shown those features.

    We have clients who are trying to heal their relationship with weight loss and the scale.

    I see you have a Beta Challenge section this is great however, it is mainly aimed towards a collective, It would be great to great this for individual clients so we can reward them when they achive a challenge set.

I used Skype separately than Trainerize, and we would have both apps open...video from Skype and viewing workout and videos in Trainerize. The way things are set up...you can't exit out or minimize the virtual video without removing yourself from the virtual feed.

  14. Compatibility with different macro tracking apps (MyMacro+)

    It would be a cool feature if you could choose the macro tracking app that you wish to use. I no longer use MFP. I use MyMacros+ and I suggest my clients to use it as well.

  19. Ability for workout to be marked "completed" in the program area.

    Ability to have workouts marked as completed when done instead of having to search and remember what was done or go through individual days. The workouts should also fall into a category of completed or fall off so you know what workouts still need to be done.
