the follow training phase doesn't work properly. it needs to have a lock symbol so they can't start tomorrows workout all they need to know is tomorrow is back day

Schedule cardio to multiple days when editing master program
It would be useful to be able to schedule cardio days and habits in the same way we can schedule workouts (by selecting the days on the pop-up calendar we want). I understand there is a repeat function for cardio but it isn't able to distinguish by training phase of a program.

Allow the same workout completion interface on the desktop as the app
Clients should be able to mark workouts completed on the desktop in the same way, with the same experience as they have on the app.
Clients working out from home prefer the site because the videos are easier to see, but have to enter the stats to mark it as complete (yes, I know they should be doing this anyway), whereas with the app they can simply mark them as complete and complete the RPE. Why isn't it the same experience across both platforms?6 votes -

Meals Plans that don't change nutrition goals and can allow for snacks
There are already a couple posts similar to this.
Have the meal plan generated according to the clients goals, and NOT change then when it is generated.
Plus the ability to allow for snacks in the meal plan when generating it.

With the on-demand library feature, it would be nice for clients to save their favourite workouts so they can easily find them in the future when they want to complete them again

Add audio to the new exercise demos
The newer demo videos need audio with proper form cues. This takes account of different learning styles. Copying a move is not the same as knowing how to move correctly and knowing how to engage muscles.
This is becoming a deal breaker to me considering moving clients to a different platform if videos are being swapped out for ones with no audio.1 vote -
Ability to create custom video libraries outside of the program templates.
A section to add your own video library to be able to put engaging content, workshops, masterclass content and Q&As etc on the platform.

GST Collection
This comment is for Canadians. Trainerize's advice for collecting GST is to build it into your price as they don't have the option to charge it to the customer directly. However, they do charge us GST directly every month but in USD as they have no CAD payment options despite being a Canadian company.
It'd be nice if they allowed us to charge GST directly since it's something they do themselves and it'd make our bookkeeping alot easier.

Link 'challenges' feature automation with products or Groups
It would be great to be able to link a challenge to product automation OR to be able to attach the challenge to a group to enable more automatic enrollment.

Allow to build a product and make it "my eyes only" or "private" instead of it being visible to all. I don't want all products available to everyone.

Be able to change the calories and macros - but keep meals the same
If a client wants to keep the same meals but go into a cut where they are reducing calories - it would be great that the meals did not auto change - or given the option to keep the same or regenerate the meal plan.

Notifications for when clients self-book or self-cancel from a group class.
Having the option to receive notifications for group classes would be beneficial too.

Allow us to copy and schedule a previous Workout of the Day into a main program
Sometimes you'll create a Workout of the Day that turns out to be a gem. It would be handy if I could simply import that workout into a training program but right now, I need to re-build that workout from scratch. It won't even let me re-schedule that workout for the same client so that we can repeat the workout.

Having a better YouTube suggestion feature
a) The YouTube suggestion feature is alright but it needs to be better. There's gotta be way to help trainers navigate and filter through the abundance of unrelated videos.
b) I will type in the exact video title and it will not show up. It'll give me literally anything else but that.
c) Searching the YouTube channel should bring up the videos of that channel.A total time consuming issue.

If you could make social media styled feed for the app and clients to share different things like meals, PBs and others together
If you could have a social media like feed that gave clients the options to share their meals/progress/PB’s etc with the group it would 10x the community aspect of the group.
