An error occurred while saving the comment Nat commentedOnly voted "Not at all" because I feel that the suggested questions (food intake, hydration) aren't super relevant to actual readiness going into a workout. I WOULD like a quick readiness survey pre-workout, but asking about things that others have suggested in other posts - stress, energy, mood, soreness, sleep quality. Maybe doing it the way TrainHeroic does it (on a scale of 1-5, with a total standardized score at the end - ex: Total readiness score of 2.6/5).

An error occurred while saving the comment Nat commentedOnly reason I voted "not at all" is because the questions suggested (hydration, food intake) seem irrelevant to overall readiness. I WOULD like a readiness assessment pre-workout, however more in line in what others have suggested - mood, sleep quality, soreness, stress level, and energy - maybe similar to how TrainHeroic does it, rating them each 1-5 (1 is the worst, 5 is the best) and then an overall readiness score based on the responses (2.6/5).

An error occurred while saving the comment Nat commentedDefinitely would love this. It's one of the few aspects of TrainHeroic that I really liked that almost made me want to use their app instead. I think overall that Trainerize is a better app, but TrainHeroic would ask how your sleep was (quantity + quality), mood, energy, stress, and soreness on a scale of 1-5 before beginning the training session. Super quick but incredibly helpful, and could be easily tracked over time since they were assessed quantitatively 1-5 (and could even be weighted together into an overall readiness score that could be assessed over time). This would be incredibly helpful in knowing if they are overreaching, peaking, productive, strained, recovering, etc.

Definitely! Currently even the stock meal library (which is thorough and awesome) only allows you to filter by vegan, 3 different types of vegetarian meals, pescatarian, and paleo. Would love to add keto, mediterranean, low-fat, etc. tags to the current stock meal library.
