   I would appreciate the option to separate blocks within a session, allowing clients to clearly understand what to focus on. For example, a prep block, a strength block, and a conditioning block.

   Having the ability to highlight sections in a workout for clients. For Example, Warm up, Main, secondary, cool down, mobility, etc. Also able to customize name of each section.
