I think this needs to go one step further and track the cycle the females are on as this directly impacts their strength and workout capacity.
By knowing which part of their cycle phase (Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal) they are on, the Trainer can better program for the client specifically.
Also have thing ability for the client to check-in went Ovulation starts and finishes mean you can track the cycle length and consistency.Luke Everett supported this idea ·

I believe this could be very useful for educating amd empower clients to learn about their nutrition and understanding how and why we calculate macros as well as how, why and what we cue on exercises. The key here would be to keep it as sim plle as possible.

Hi everyone,
This is something that we are looking into. What additional customizations are you looking for?
Please leave us some comments on some ways you might layer things on top of your program.
Thanks!

I think this needs to be kept simple. The program is written by you as the trainer. You can then select a regression exercise or a progression exercise specific to the target muscle/movement.
The client should not be able to pick a regressed exercise unless you give more than one option.
