I have a video call that is going on for 15 minutes but we're going to run over. I would like the ability to extend the call.

failed payment retry interval
Currently, the system tries failed payments after 3 days and then after an additional 5 days.
This is total of 8 days without payment. Way too long regardless of the product.
For a program/product that is being charged weekly that puts it already on a second invoice failing.
Needs to at least change it to three tries one day after the other. The best is to let us define the time for each retry, and enable manual charge (i.e. you talk to the customer and they update their credit card info, and then you charge them the due invoice).17 votes -

Being able to print a training phase with all the progressions included. Compact but easy to see all weeks over one or two sheets. It could look much like the progression editor.

Progressions WITHIN a workout
Would be great to be able to make progressions WITHIN a workout without having to copy/paste and do it manually. Right now, all sets have to be the same - would be awesome if we could have (for example) the ability to assign different reps/time/goals across the same circuit

Average time to complete workouts
When building workouts, it would be nice to have an average time on our end for creating workouts and knowing roughly how long it will take the client, as well as showing it to the client so they can track how much time they need to complete the workout.
Like the interval workout set up but for all workouts and not based on time. Even if it is a rep focused workout, a rough estimate would even be nice!

You changed The cardio my client use to be able to just enter their data themselves and not they cannot and I can not figure out how to do it either. Please put it back to the way it use to be

Data entry for runs.
It is difficult to position the cursor to the right of the “0” when entering your time for a run.

Support different languages for each client.
Ability to have one business support multiple languages. I support German, Russian and English clients, but the email that goes out will need to be in the various languages.

Countdown
Allow a countdown/timer in the set when the client starts the workout
For example I sometimes have clients to a mix of timed work and reps and it would be nice if when we enter a time for an exercise that there is an automatic countdown like there is for intervals

Search feature on the message system. That way if we have to go back and look for something, we don't have to scroll forever.
If we have to go back and look for something specific, it takes a pretty long time to scroll back. We have a lot of clients who have been with us for well over a year..and more. Searching the history of messages can take a really long time.

Programme any length set time for the interval workouts.
Rather than just being able to input timings in the interval workout between 10-60 and then every minute, we should be able to programme any timing. Eg 65 seconds or 75. The jump is too high from 60 seconds to 90 seconds to allow my clients to progress properly.
