This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Create Pre-Made Message Library (Just Like Workouts)

    There needs to be a feature where you can save messages as stock messages and be able to pull them up to send to different clients without having to constantly retype out the messages and manually add them to a clients calendar.

  3. How to Remove PST Password in Outlook?

    Hello everyone,

    I have a password-protected PST file in Outlook, and I am struggling to remove the password from it. I’ve forgotten the password, and I’m unable to access the file anymore.

    Can anyone help me with a method or tool to remove the password or recover it? I would appreciate any advice on how to solve this issue. Thanks in advance!

  4. More nutrition coaching friendly

    This includes a multitude of things, one of the two most important being custom weekly check-ins as well as to set specific macros for clients (not just the general caloric intake then selecting the percentage for each macro). I want to set them down to the gram.

    I would also like to set client reminders for the check-ins. Since I moved from Seismic, majority of clients are missing their weekly check-ins. Seismic made this so easy for myself and the client to stay on top of check-ins while also allowing the client to give me more/better feedback to better help…

    Educational Hub Feature Proposal

    I believe this addition could be a real game-changer and would fit perfectly alongside all the other great elements already built into the app.

    The idea is to add an extra tab (similar in style to the current workout tabs like the kettlebell, knife, and book icons) — this new tab could represent a “Learning Hub.”

    Here, coaches could upload educational content for clients to access at any time — videos, series, and PDFs — all organised in one easy-to-use place.

    It would be a great improvement to have clearly labelled tabs or sections for parts of the workout — such as:

    • Warm-up
    • Pre-fatigue
    • Main Exercise/Focus
    • Strength
    • Conditioning
    • Circuits
    • Cooldown

    • Each section would be clearly named so clients immediately know what they’re looking at.

  8. the interval workout structure should automatically play the video so client does not have to hit pause and play video

    ideally with the interval workout structure the video should automatically play 1x for the client especially for those that need video guidance. For clients that don't need to watch the video then there should be an option to turn that off. Now after the video plays 1x which should be during the rest time between exercises then the voice comes on to tell client to start and when to stop the exercise. Who agrees with me?

  9. Client should not have to hit pause to watch video in the Interval workout structure

    Ideal app would have the interval workout structure set up to automatically start the video and let it play (this would allow clients to review exercise during the rest time before executing the exercise) The client should have the option to stop video in case they already know the exercise. The video should only play one time and then stop so that the client can enter in their reps, lbs etc for progress tracking.   10. HYBRID ATHLETE PROGRAM

    Hybrid athletes have now taking over fitness. With a mix of body building/Resistance training and running, many run clubs are promoting it (Founder of Fit To Inspire Run Club here). Both training program benefit each other to becoming a better and stronger runner but and overall fit athletes. What I'm suggesting is adding videos and longer instruction to the "Cardio" workout so we can make the running program as an add on to the master body building program.   11. Disable sign in prompts

    I wpuld love to be able to disable the many prompts that come up after signing in. I have to sign in and out of two accounts often and it's annoying to have to click through all the prompts everytime I log in again.   15. Deleting things from plan

    When you delete an assigned activity like badminton or swimming from a clients plan in bulk for multipe weeks, you need to delete the whole cardio section instead of just 1 particular activity.

    There should be a way to only delete a particular activity rather than whole cardio section.

    Progression and Regression Exercise Suggestions

    One great feature in the app right now is the ability to substitute exercises — it’s really useful when someone needs to make a quick change.

    To make it even better, it would be great if we could suggest specific regressions and progressions for each exercise.

    For example:

    • If someone can’t do a full press-up, they could be guided to regress to a wall press-up or box press-up.

    Trainerize has a beta client check in and I am using that. But it would be nice to be notified when a client completes their check in instead of having to go through each client individually. Also being able to view past check ins from week to week.
