Ability to cast ALL workouts to tv PLEASE!
I have an increasing number of clients asking for their workouts to be cast to TV because it is not ideal for them to see the workout and follow along on their tiny phone screens. I do not use on demand video workouts so it needs to be all workouts.

Create an integration for the Whoop strap
Whoop is hands down the most intricate and detailed wearable. It would be amazing to be able to move workout data from the strap the app and be able to avoid double entry

Add "incline walking" as an activity
Currently, the only option similar to this would be "walking", but walking at a slow pace on a flat incline is very different than a fast pace on a moderate/heavy incline. Incline or power walking should be added to activities as a cardio option.

Coach able to schedule Repeat Classes & 1:1 Appointments beyond 5 week restriction & book clients into those repeated sessions
I have private, semi-private & small groups who sign up for a school term at a time ranging from 9-11 weeks long.
It is far more effective for me as the coach to schedule all 22 sessions per week & invite all the clients with a product that suits their budget at the time of scheduling so their name is added to every session over the 9-11 week period.
My business policy is that if they miss a session then they lose a session unless they go into app & cancel for medical reasons.

Favourites Section for Client Exercises
I’d like to suggest a feature that could help both coaches and clients when it comes to navigating the extensive exercise library: a “Favourites” section for exercises on the client side.
Problem:
With so many similar exercise variations in the library (e.g. “Walking Lunges” vs. “Dumbbell Walking Lunges”), clients often click on the wrong version when completing workouts. As a result, their tracked weights from previous sessions don’t carry over, which interrupts the flow of their training and makes progressive overload harder to manage.Suggestion:

Trainerize Support staff allocated to different global time-zones please
95% of my support technical requests take 2-4 days for resolution due to Canada based staff on opposite time zone to South Australia where I reside. I've used other platforms historically that have human support around the clock as tech staff are recruited in each time zone. It's very annoying when often support staff that mean well don't really understand the problem based on text & provide generic answers (that I can read in the help centre) when I need a deeper fault find or work-around. Option to invoice & remember Class & Private Appt's made by Coach
I work on school terms cycles so book all my clients (kids) & some adults into a mixture of private & semi-private sessions back to back for 9-11 weeks at a time. Unfortunately if a client forgets to accept & pay for an 'Invite' for a product from me the Coach in APP then that reminder is forgotton about & no invoice is struck within the APP, no sessions to track so then I have to go back & change the products as APP & do the whole process again costing me hours...because the APP will not let me book…

Type in what you'd like it to do when generating a new phase and the exercise selectionsExample: Create a 2 x 8 week phase program, with each phase having 4 programs (2 x upper & 2 x lower). Add functionality to add meals/recipes into programs just like we can with habits/workouts etc.
It would be awesome for those of use with memberships and large numbers to be able to provide specific recipes for the week inside the calendar. For example just like I add a habit for a day or a workout, I could also add a meal/recipe.

Allow Trainers to "Batch Import" exercises into a Clients Program
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to upload a CSV file containing all of Client A’s workouts, with custom workouts mapped to the appropriate fields. Once uploaded, the system would use the metadata in the CSV to automatically populate the correct workout names, descriptions, sets/reps, and associated exercise videos.
This would significantly streamline the process of onboarding new clients or importing structured programs, especially for coaches managing multiple clients or larger-scale programs.

There are only pre-made options for Calendar appointments when setting meetings with clients- I'd like to be able to enter a customized meeting (i.e. 1 Hour Goal Setting Phone Call, 30 min 1:1 check-in...etc)

Master Programs - Pausing
Adjusting client having off week without disturbing the program.
Being able to alter a specific clients master program without having to 'change duration' and have their program restart. A client of mine was sick and took a week off. However I need her to complete the week off before progressing in her program.
This needs to be an addition to the app.

Allow a name change more than once!
I've been a customer for 12 years but have changed my business name (once) to include a subsidiary business which has now closed. I feel I should be able to re-instate my former business name on the URL but am constantly told this is not possible. Are you really telling me a tech company does not have the capacity to make a name change? Businesses grow and change throughout their lifespan, why can't you accommodate for such??

Better master programs
Do I just not know how to use the premade master programs ? It seems like there’s ONLY a handful and they only have a few workouts in them which are barely l enough effort for clients who know what they’re doing. I’m expecting a bit more than “ weeks 1-3” and only like three workouts lol essentially I want actual programs outside of the ones I’m making myself.
