This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Customise client nutrition goals shown on their dashboard.

    Have the ability to choose which macros and nutrition goals (Carbohydrates/ Fat/ Protein / Calories) are visible on a clients dashboard and have the ability to add in fibre and track this from the meals and snacks they log.

  3. An organised community forum

    An organised place where members can openly engage with each other and they can make visible posts and then like and comment on each other's posts. And where I can make posts that are accountability homeworks for various days of a challenge then post a link to these on a training video.

  4. Be able to adjust meals and recipes

    Be able to adjust meal plans and recipes to modify the ingredients. Some clients don't like certain foods or don't have access to the food. So if we could be able to swap out ingredients

  5. Add "incline walking" as an activity

    Currently, the only option similar to this would be "walking", but walking at a slow pace on a flat incline is very different than a fast pace on a moderate/heavy incline. Incline or power walking should be added to activities as a cardio option.

    1. Keto-Friendly Food Options — Meals or ingredients that are low in carbs, high in fats, and moderate in protein. Think:

    Avocados

    Eggs & bacon

    Bunless burgers

    Salmon or steak with veggies cooked in butter

    Cauliflower rice

    Cheese, nuts, olive oil, etc.

    1. Keto Macros — The ideal breakdown of macronutrients for a ketogenic diet, usually:

    70–75% fat

    20–25% protein

  8. Message All Clients Booked in Group/Class

    The trainer assigned to a Group/Class session should be able to message all clients booked for a session in a group message from the Calendar instead of trying to do the same from the Messages in another browser tab adding one client at a time - very time consuming and inaccurate.

  9. To be able to add snack options when in a low calorie target. You are limited to add only 3 meals when sitting at 1400 calories for example.

    Make it easier to customise a meal plan with as many meals as you would like within the caloric range

  11. Remove pricing on checkout page when using discount codes because it contradicts the actual price at checkout

    It is confusing to users when the checkout page says "$37/month starting today" when they are using a code for 100% off free trial. I have had many many clients reach out to me and people not purchase because it says they will be charged starting today even though they won't.

  12. Change the way coaches create and build programs

    I love trainerize for clients however for coaches I feel like it's lacking in programming department. It loads very slowly for starts but I don't feel like it's as easy to navigate and build out programs.What I loved about True Coach for the coaching side you have the ability to see the calendar and edit workouts while looking at a week view. Meaning I can see the workout I'm buidling but also each program I've build on previous days. Which allows for more cohesive programming when I can reference the previous workouts and program as a whole vs. one workout…

    I have created custom recipes for my clients, but when their meal plan is automatically generated by the meal planner and I try to replace the recipes, my custom recipes cannot be found in the library

  15. Have Multiple meal plans on one meal plan e.g 20% deficit and maintenance and 110% TDEE

    The current meal plan doesn't allow flexibility in diets and costs coaches more time in admin hours when they could be doing marketing or getting new leads. It is also frustrating because you can't focus on specific diets like front carb loading and isocaloric e.t.c. It would make more sense to have one menu where you can add multiple meal plans that are saved and don't have to be regenerated so the client can have their deficit meal plan of 80% TDEE and maintenance for diet breaks and then 110% TDEE for building phases.     Challenges are great but it would be good to be able to add something like a "5k leaderboard" or "heaviest bench press" rather than the point-based challenges pre-added to the dashboard.

  17. Too many variations in the ingredients each week, simplify it.

    The amount of ingredients you need to buy each week for the meals is way too much. It makes it very hard for people to prep their meals and shop for them. While having some variations is good, too many makes it too hard to shop for, budget for, and prepare for.

    This then leads to people just giving up.

    Keep meals similar to a point.

  18. Less clicking to log food and simplified steps

    I feel the steps to log food is lengthy and more clicking than needed. When scanning a food for barcode you can’t click and edit the serving once selected. You have to review and log and then go back to edit versus allowing to do it right away. I also like to feel a light vibration after entering an item so I know it was added to my selections. It’s not as intuitive right now and would help to do so.

    Weekly Workout Builder
    Have a weekly overview option when building out a workout program.

    Would make building custom programs much more manageable.

    As of now I’m having to build in excel first to be able to see my weekly overview without having to toggle back and forth through the workouts.
