The workout of the folding treadmill with incline
A folding treadmill with incline combines the space-saving benefits of a folding design with the added challenge of an adjustable incline.
Adjustable Incline: Allows you to simulate uphill walking or running, increasing the intensity of your workout and targeting different muscle groups.
Folding Mechanism: Most models can be stored vertically or flat against a wall.
Compact Design: Designed to be space-efficient while still providing a full-sized running surface.
Convenience Features: Often includes features like a digital display, built-in programs, and heart rate monitors for a comprehensive workout experience.
Portability: Many models come with wheels for easier movement and storage.
Safety: Includes safety features such as an emergency stop button and a safety key to prevent accidents.
When choosing a folding treadmill with incline, consider the maximum incline range, user weight capacity, motor power, and overall stability to ensure it fits your exercise needs and space requirements.
The workout of the folding treadmill with incline
A folding treadmill with incline can provide a versatile and effective workout. To get the most out of it, you can:
Start with a Warm-Up: Walk or jog at a flat incline for 5-10 minutes to prepare your muscles.
Incline Walking: Set the treadmill to a moderate incline and walk at a brisk pace. This engages your glutes, hamstrings, and calves more than walking on a flat surface.
Incline Running: If you're running, increase the incline to challenge your cardiovascular system and build leg strength.
Interval Training: Alternate between high and low inclines to boost calorie burn and cardiovascular fitness.
Cool Down: Gradually reduce the incline and speed for a few minutes to cool down.Is the incline treadmill effective?
Increased Calorie Burn:
Higher Intensity: Walking or running on an incline increases the intensity of your workout. This can lead to a greater calorie burn compared to exercising on a flat surface, as your body works harder to overcome the incline.
Varied Workouts: The incline feature allows you to vary your workouts, which can prevent plateaus and keep your exercise routine engaging.Enhanced Muscle Engagement:
Targeted Muscles: Incline walking or running engages different muscle groups, particularly the glutes, hamstrings, and calves. This can help in toning and strengthening these muscles more effectively than flat-ground workouts.
Lower Impact: Incline walking can be easier on the joints compared to running on a flat surface, which can be beneficial for individuals with joint concerns.Improved Cardiovascular Fitness:
Heart Rate Boost: Working out on an incline can elevate your heart rate more quickly than on a flat surface, providing a more effective cardiovascular workout.
Endurance: Regular use of an incline treadmill can improve your overall endurance and cardiovascular health.Better Posture and Core Strength:
Posture Improvement: Walking on an incline encourages proper posture and core engagement. You need to maintain an upright position, which can strengthen your core muscles.
Core Activation: The incline challenges your core to stabilize your body, further enhancing core strength and stability.Versatility:
Customizable Workouts: Incline treadmills offer various incline settings, allowing you to tailor your workout to meet specific fitness goals, whether you're aiming for a gentle incline or a steep hill climb.
Variety: Incorporating different inclines and speeds can keep your workouts varied and prevent boredom.https://www.relifesports.com/product/folding-home-treadmill/

Allow us to respond directly to group chat messages instead of the @someone
PLEASE give us the option of responding directly to messages in the group chat. It’s so frustrating having to respond so many messages down the group chat and it’s hard to match their question with the answer. Please update!!!!!!

In Person Visit log - it would be great to be able to pull a log of previous in person visits.
In Person Visit log - it would be great to be able to pull a log of previous in person visit. Some clients ask for that when it's time to renew and the only way I can give them a log is for me to write down the dates of their sessions, Also, there should be a way for in person packages to expire automatically once all the credits have been used. Right now, I have to manually cancel the package so I can add another.

Have the meals separated into four categories rather than just three. Meaning: Carbs, Fats, Protein AND Greens.
I urge my clients to build their plates in 4 categories being the ones I mentioned above. Having a "greens" included allows them to make an easy mental checklist for something they're normally lacking in their diets. I think this would be a great addition and help a lot more people on their nutrition journey. Please consider!

Be able to edit a habit after it has been added to the calendar.
Rather than having to delete the habits one by one, be able to edit the habit that has already been created and added to the clients calendar. For example, if a client is consistently hitting their habit goal of reaching 7,000 steps daily, be able to edit the habit to now 8,000 steps, rather than deleting and creating a new habit,

Automated challenge habits and groups
When creating a challenge I would like to create automations to save me from manually doing it for each challenger. 1) add the client to a group when they join the challenge 2) add habits to the client

Real time conversion to kg or lbs
Some equipment in my gym is lbs and some is kg. I usually have to either covert witj google or just track my kg entries as lbs. maybe a press and hold to change the lbs to kg for that set? Sometimes I have to use a different machine than the previous workout that has kg instead of lbs or vice versa and it would be nice to have the app manage the conversion

Sync watch and phone app real time during workout
I can start a workout on my watch or my app, but while the workout is active, I would love to be able to see my watch workout progress real time via the app. Currently- I have to wait until I finish the workout on my watch to see the data on my phone app

Auto add client to challenges after signup
Once a client signs up for a challenge, it would be beneficial to have an automation that automatically adds them to the challenge. This would work similarly to how we handle programs and chats. Manually adding them takes time and carries the risk of forgetting to include them after they’ve signed up and paid.

We think we can benefit more if we incorporated a sports performance platform.
Adding a sports performance platform to your business operations could greatly increase its potential. To provide thorough insights into individual and team performance, this platform usually includes performance tracking systems, athlete monitoring technology, and advanced data analytics. You can maximize the potential of athletes, reduce the risk of injuries, and enhance training regimens by utilizing this platform. Coaches and trainers are better equipped to make decisions, make last-minute strategy adjustments, and customize training plans to meet the needs of individual athletes thanks to real-time data visualization and predictive analytics.

Building Challenges
It would be great if there were different metrics used to provide for challenges. The challenges are a nice addition, however if I want to run a challenge for '21 days', or for instance a '6 week' challenge, that cannot be done at the moment due to the fact that it only allows for months currently.

Improve the In-App video call feature for seamless experience
I conduct online training sessions, previously using Zoom for all classes. However, I recently switched to the In-App video call feature for convenience, despite it being a paid feature. While this feature has streamlined my workflow, there are a few significant improvements that would greatly enhance my experience:
When more than four people join the call, the fifth person is moved to a secondary window, making it challenging to navigate between windows during training sessions. This hinders my ability to monitor clients' progress effectively.
The In-App video feature is highly sensitive to internet fluctuations, resulting in frequent voice lag and video freezing issues reported by clients. This was never a problem when using Zoom, highlighting the need for technological upgrades to compete with existing video calling applications.
The trainer's video tile appears too small, making it difficult for me to see myself and adjust my position as needed during training. As an instructor, it's crucial to be aware of how I'm presenting myself to ensure clear explanations and demonstrations.
I hope these suggestions will be considered to improve the In-App video call feature and provide a seamless experience for trainers and clients alike.

Add UTM Parameters to User Information
We are trying to measure the effectiveness of our advertising efforts and wanted to see if we can track successful sign-ups that go past our free trial periods. Of course, we want to measure how many of our users found us from our ads and how many of those converted into paying customers. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for us to measure this using Google Analytics or other analytics applications as the post-trial event happens in app. We know that for other apps that support subscriptions at least have the capability to track UTM parameters such as the source (whether something is from Organic Search, Paid Search, Paid Social, etc.).
Hoping to get this prioritized soon!

Allow clients to "queue" for classes.
Allow clients to "queue" for classes.
I have oversubscribed classes right now, I have seen this option on other gym systems, but clients who want to join classes that are full should be put into a queue system whereby they can get a spot if someone cancels. If someone cancels before the class then they automatically get a spot. Zoezi app in Sweden does this and it works great. Right now, this limits income if people cancel.

Add Push Notification for Trainer when a Client Needs Attention/When they approach the end of a program
Add a push notification option for trainers to receive notifications when clients are reaching the end of their training program.
Could be set up for a given time frame. 1 week, day before, day of, etc.
The client needing attention email works, but a push notification may also add some more visibility/accessibility for trainers to keep up to date via the mobile app.

Ability to remove "Virtual Classes" and "In Person Classes" from dashboard
I don't use "Virtual Classes" or "In Person Classes" and the non-ability to remove this from my clients' dashboard adds enough dead unnecessary space that it's almost worth considering using another app. The bulk of their dashboard is space they are not and will never be using. A waste and is not aesthetically pleasing to look at. From an Atomic Habits perspective, I want my clients to be able to access only the info they need and not add avoidable clutter to their routines.
