Make it so that a client can add water to the previous day retrospectively.
Cannot go and add water to a previous day (log restrospectively) unless you had already started logging water on that day. So if there was not entry then you cant go back and add a water entry.

FNF Games: Is Friday Night Funkin’ Suitable for Kids?
Understanding Age Appropriateness in FNF Games
When parents or players ask whether fnf games are okay for kids, the answer is not completely simple. Friday Night Funkin’ may look colorful and cartoonish, but its content is not always designed specifically for young audiences. The core gameplay—pressing keys in rhythm with music—is harmless and easy to understand. However, some elements around that gameplay may raise concerns depending on age.
The base version of the game includes stylized characters, music battles, and simple animations. On the surface, this can seem similar to other family-friendly rhythm games. But the tone and themes can be slightly more mature than expected.
Content to Be Aware Of
One important factor is language and humor. Some dialogue and character interactions in fnf games include mild suggestive themes or edgy jokes. While not extremely explicit, they may not be suitable for very young children.
Character design can also play a role. Certain characters have exaggerated or stylized appearances that may include mature references. Additionally, some songs and mods created by the community introduce darker themes, which vary widely in tone and appropriateness.
The Role of Mods and Community Content
A major part of fnf games is the modding community. While this adds creativity and variety, it also means content is not always controlled or filtered. Some mods are perfectly safe, while others may include strong language or intense visuals.
For kids, this makes supervision important. Sticking to the original game or carefully selected content is a safer approach.
Conclusion
fnf game can be enjoyable for older kids, especially those who like music and rhythm challenges. However, they are not strictly designed for young children due to mild mature themes and unregulated mod content. With proper guidance and content selection, the game can still be a fun and engaging experience.

How can one build a "context-aware" AI coaching system?
How can one build a "context-aware" AI coaching system within Trainerize—capable of automatically adjusting workouts, nutrition, and behaviors based on real-time data (sleep, stress, adherence, and wearable data)—while still ensuring deep personalization and avoiding over-automation that diminishes the role of the human coach?

A faster way to add a large number of daily weigh-ins from a client's records.
As it is now there are 8 clicks required to enter each weigh-in for a client on the website. I have clients with months of daily weigh-ins that feel like they're starting over by me switching them to Trainerize from the previous app we used and now I'm painstakingly adding hundreds of weigh-ins for clients. It would be great to have a calendar or list view of dates a month or week at a time with the blank weigh-in fields to just click and type the data and then a save button at the top or bottom to save all the data entered for the week or month. It would save so much time for a pretty basic task.

Feature Request: Custom Daily & Weekly Calorie Burn Goals
Hi Trainerize Team and Community,
I really enjoy using Trainerize to track workouts and progress, but I would love to see a feature that allows users to set custom daily or weekly calorie burn goals.
Specifically, it would be great to have:
The ability to set a daily or weekly calorie target
Progress tracking that compares actual calories burned vs. goal
Optional notifications or reminders if the goal hasn’t been reached
A simple visual summary on the dashboard
I believe this feature would help improve motivation, accountability, and overall user engagement—especially for clients focused on fat loss or performance goals.
Would this be possible in a future update? I’d love to hear thoughts from both the team and other users!
Thank you! Space Waves

Auto Weight Progression (RIR-Based)
Currently, clients can view previous weights, but they aren’t guided on what to do next. This often leads to stalled progress and requires coaches to manually adjust loads.
A feature that suggests the next weight based on:
- Previous weight
- Reps achieved
- Target rep range
- RIR
…would significantly improve consistency, client results, and reduce coaching admin.
Example:
If a client hits the top of a rep range with ≥2 RIR → prompt a weight increase next set/session.This would align Trainerize with modern, evidence-based progression methods and greatly enhance the user experience.
This would also be a game changer for coaching at scale.

Have a single view where you can see a client's historical performance across sessions of the same workout type — such as all Leg Days
Have a single view where you can see a client's historical performance across sessions of the same workout type — such as all Leg Days
Dates along the top, day/session along the side, this sort of exists in clients page, progress tab then under review by workout but it lists all workouts which isn't obvious, however if you click on say leg day it does show historical sets reps weight etc from all previous sessions however it would be nice to see an update arrow or green where sets reps or weight have increased on the previous session/week and red or a down arrow where progress has gone down.

Summery for clients to view improvements
The same way that it’s done on Instagram recaps, where clients can easily see a short clip showing where they improved in body weight, or how they improved with weight for lifting etc which can be generated with the ai already in the system.
Like a coach being able to set a duration, say, you’ve put together a 3 months transformation plan, a coach could enter a date range and all the data gathered and stored on that client from tracking (which is already in the app) could be shown like “you added 30kg to your bench press!” Or “you lost/gained 5kg!”
I think it would be a great, clear way to show clients that something worked because clients typically won’t use the app to go back and see how they improved, would be a great way to keep retention

Autonomous Scheduling Feature For Clients Who Do Not Have Full App Access, But Are Not A Basic Client
There currently is not option for in-person training clients who DO NOT have app access to be able to schedule autonomously.
We have in-person training clients who denied purchasing a training app subscription, but still need to be able to schedule (they cannot be a basic client because training staff needs to be able to log workouts/track progress)
Any solutions available for this would be greatly appreciated!

Geometry Dash – A Fast-Paced Rhythm Platformer
Geometry Dash is a popular arcade game that combines simple controls with challenging, rhythm-based gameplay. Players control a small geometric character that automatically moves forward through obstacle-filled levels. With just one tap, you must jump, fly, and avoid hazards like spikes and gaps, all while staying in sync with energetic music.
What makes Geometry Dash stand out is its perfect blend of music and movement. Each level is carefully designed to match the beat of the soundtrack, creating a smooth and immersive experience. Although the controls are easy to learn, the game quickly becomes difficult, requiring precise timing and quick reflexes to succeed.
The game features a variety of levels with increasing difficulty, each introducing new mechanics and visual styles. Players can also customize their character by unlocking different icons and colors. In addition, user-created levels provide endless challenges, making the game highly replayable.
Overall, geometry dash is an addictive and exciting game that tests both skill and patience. Its combination of fast gameplay, vibrant visuals, and catchy music makes it a favorite among players who enjoy rhythm-based challenges.
