Ability to change recipe ingredients to grams/oz.
Most recipes have ingredients listed in cups, tablespoons, teaspoons
It Would be convenient to have grams next to the cup servings since measuring in grams/oz is more accurate.7 votes -
Benefits and harms of trampolines
Trampoline, an exciting form of exercise, is not only popular in entertainment, but also a comprehensive way to exercise. By doing various movements on an elastic trampoline, we can exercise muscles, enhance cardiopulmonary function, and improve balance and coordination.
Trampoline exercise is a whole-body exercise that can effectively exercise muscles in all parts of the body. When bouncing on a trampoline, the leg muscles are first to be exercised, including the thighs, calves, and buttocks. As the bouncing action continues, the upper body muscles will gradually become involved, including the abdominal, back, and arm muscles. This whole-body exercise allows muscles to fully stretch and contract, helping to improve muscle strength and flexibility.
Benefits and harms of trampolines
The benefits of trampoline include enhancing cardiopulmonary function, improving coordination and balance, reducing stress, enhancing muscle strength, and promoting blood circulation. Disadvantages include the risk of injury, requiring a high technical level, impact on joints and bones, and may cause dizziness and dizziness.
Benefit
1. Enhance cardiopulmonary function: Trampoline is a high-intensity aerobic exercise that can enhance cardiopulmonary function, improve the body's endurance and anti-fatigue ability;
2. Improve coordination and balance: Trampoline requires the body to constantly adjust and balance, which can improve the coordination and balance of the human body, thereby making women more flexible and comfortable in life;
3. Reduce stress: Trampolines can help jumpers reduce stress, relax physically and mentally, and relieve anxiety and tension;
4. Enhance muscle strength: The trampoline can exercise various parts of the body, especially the legs and core muscles, and can enhance muscle strength and endurance;
5. Promote blood circulation: Trampolines can promote blood circulation in the body, increase blood supply, and help the body recover faster.In addition to the relatively common benefits mentioned above, there are others, such as improved posture and posture.
Harm:
1. Risk of injury: Trampoline is a high-risk sport and accidents are prone to occur. Women need to pay attention to safety and prevent injuries;
2. A high technical level is required: Trampoline requires a certain technical level and experience, and women need professional training and guidance before they can perform trampoline sports;
3. Impact on joints and bones: Trampolines have a certain impact on joints and bones, and can easily cause joint pain and bone damage. You need to pay attention to protecting the body;
4. May cause dizziness and dizziness: Trampolines may cause dizziness and dizziness. For some relatively weak women, they need to choose carefully.When performing trampoline exercises, you need to pay attention to safety and health, carefully choose exercise methods, and arrange training plans reasonably to achieve the best exercise results.
Precautions
Despite the many benefits of trampoline exercise, there are also risks of injury. When doing trampoline exercise, be sure to dress appropriately and wear comfortable sneakers to reduce the possibility of foot injuries. At the same time, avoid overuse of trampolines and control exercise time and intensity to prevent muscle strains or other accidental injuries.https://www.relifesports.com/product/48-inch-trampoline-with-handle/

Expansion of Repeat Options for Calendar
It would be great to expand the “repeat options” section for workouts and cardio etc. for example it would be great to set up a workout to occur on the calendar every 4 days or 6 days instead of only on specific days of the week or weekly.

Include more of the filter options from the swap out meal section in the initial meal planner
The filter options for specific meal swap outs include many useful tools the initial builder does not. Examples being the prep time under 30, 60 and 120 minutes, as well as things like the tags of instapot meal, crockpot meal, etc. These would be far more effective in the initial part, where otherwise I am editing much of the meal plan, defeating the purpose of the instant meal planner.

classes session count and register
Id like the ability to tick members off when they turn up to the class. currently you can see who is coming to the class but it would be a good idea to put a check box to clients name and when they turn up instructors can mark them off.
this will be good because clients love session count.
They want to know how many sessions they done in a month or over a year as this keep them motivated. and you can add a milestone badge for like 25, 50, 100 sessions attended

highlight exercises that have already been used for the previous workout plan when creating a new one for a client
It would be AMAZING and save me SO MUCH TIME if I did not have to go back into the previous workout program(s) for the client and write everything down that they have already done in order to make sure I don't add the same exercises. So maybe each one that has already been used could be highlighted or something.

Allow Trainers and coaches to leave their personalized habbit videos to their clients instead of the app coaches
Coaches should be able to load their personal wellness videos to their clients instead of the default app coaches.. this would be more personal to the client and better for our brand.

Track caliper skin-fold measurements
All of the suggestions revolving around caliper measurements/pinch tests get marked as "Can already be done" and sometimes this link is given to show that it can already be done: https://help.trainerize.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033938972-Measuring-Client-Progress
Unfortunately, this cannot already be done. These are the measurements that that page says the app can track:
Body Fat %
Chest
Tricep
Subscapular
Axilla
Suprailiac
Abdomen
ThighThe problem is that only the thickness (in inches or I assume, centimeters) of each of these body parts can be tracked, and I guess either you calculate the bodyfat % yourself with the calipers or with a BF%-capable bodyweight scale, or the app estimates the caliper BF% using either just the thickness measurements and/or the BF% you estimates and entered (and of course demographic data like gender and your bodyweight, etc.)
What I would like is the ability to track the actual skinfold measurements in millimeters for the limbs/body areas that I've first measured the thickness of in inches (for example, I'd like to track both the wrap-around thickness of biceps/forearms/thighs/calves/waist in inches, and the skinfold measurements of those areas in millimeters).

Multiple Calendar Options
It would be great if we could have the option to block out time on the calendar daily/weekly, with an unavailable block. Things like lunch breaks, travel time, or programming, can all be classified under "Other" but it would be nice to show this on the calendar so other teammates know availability, and I don't have to update the greater calendar availability weekly.

Provide a Garmin based app (like the apple watch app), so clients could execute their workout from their garmin
Provide a Garmin App that clients could install on their Garmin watch so that they could execute trainerize workouts directly from their Garmin, the same way apple watch users can execute workouts from their apple watch.

Add option for clients to set grams as the default unit of measure for the Smart Meal Planner.
My clients use grams instead of ounces. They can select grams when adding food into the SMP but it isn't right away when logging their food. I'd like there to be an option for them to select grams as the app default so they don't always have to select grams manually.

Direct Debit Mandate
Please can you guys add GoCardless so that coaches can use direct debit mandate.
Using card payment is a pain as if someone lost their card or change their card they have to always go in and update their card and a good chance of missing payments.
By using DD Mandate everything will be simple and easier and clients is more likely to signup using a d
DD mandate than using their cards.Now that you are introducing group classes having 6 months and 12 months membership this will be ideal for these clients.
thank you

Simple Macro Tracking
I have a few clients that prefer other apps in order to track food (that doesn't integrate like MFP).
Can I propose there be an option where clients can simply log macros/calories manually per meal or at the end of the day?
Ex). They fill out their calories, P/C/F in total without having to fully log meals so that we can simply see their numbers.
I understand that this is a lower form of accountability, but for clients that use other apps, its a simple integration that still allows us to see "numerical" intake and data over time without them having to 2x work or a weird customized workaround.

Allow trainers to add their own payment details to their trainer profile.
This would be a great option to have, especially for gyms. As a group of 5 gyms that have many personal trainers, not having this option make things quite hard. It would be great for clients to have the option to pay our trainers directly. We have had to find another alternative because trainerize doesn't currently have this available.
