Audio Workouts
I train boxers and martial artists, who would benefit greatly if they could listen to my audio files or videos, to follow along while the screen is locked i.e. during runs, etc.
I know this feature would also benefit running coaches, and I'm sure all coaches could find creative ways to integrate this style of workout type into their programs, like guided meditations, warm ups, cues, etc.
Additionally, some sort of Round Timer would make this even better, and could possibly be integrated into the timer-based workout type.
e.g. Being able to set 3 x 3 minute rounds with 1…

Tracking For All Rep Ranges (1-15)
Currently, tracking is available only for a 1-3-5-10 rep max. That limits the available data for client monitoring. Allowing for a broader spectrum of rep ranges gives trainers the ability to observe their client's progress in the rep range actually prescribed.

Create in-app "Note" tab when clients click on + in the calendar.
When the client has an overview of his own schedule, they can click the + to add an activity. There are several options, but they are unable to find a "Note" tab.
For example, the client completed a workout, they can only add a comment which is automatically shared with us, trainers. This can be annoying for them.
My idea is that the client may have the possibility to leave a note as a reminder or personal observation within the app that the trainer won't see but may be important for them to note and add it to the schedule…

Calories
Ability to input calories burned as a metric like distance, time, etc. For exercises like assault bike, rowing, etc.

Can the workout progressions save from week to week?
When I progress the workout weekly, It shows the initial program. It would be helpful if you could see the progressions from the previous weeks.

Training Program personal bests
We can already get All-time personal bests, but I would also like to see Training Program personal bests. It would be a great way for clients to see how well they are progressing within a training cycle.

Total weight lifted by all clients per week per week challenge
Sum of all the weights used during the workouts over the course of the week per client then add together for total weights used of all clients per week. This would be cool to post to group of clients to show how much they contributed to the weekly total.
They have to hit a combined weight together to complete the challenge.

Progression spreadsheet across multiple phases
When scheduling small phases so that the client cannot move to far in the future, it would be cool to still be able to use the progression spreadsheet edit function in order to change sets and repetitions.

Only complete circles on nutrition summary of all macros met within 5 grams
The circles on the nutrition summary are fully completed circles when the client hadn’t fully met them. Maybe change this to within +/-5 grams and make it green.

I would like to have an option to add a "Rest day" button into the calendar. I think it helps to visualize the importance of considering rest day a part of your workout program.

An apply all button
An apply all button so that you don't have to change the sets reps for each exercise.
Example
You make a plan with 6 exercises in it then click on one exercise enter sets and reps and then a button to apply the same to all exercises would just save time1 vote -
