Preserve Exercise Notes When Copying Phases or Programs
I would like to suggest an improvement to the programming workflow.
When creating programs, I often use the exercise notes section to include important setup instructions for clients, such as machine settings, seat positions, pad adjustments, equipment setup, or other exercise-specific details.
These notes are saved correctly within the current phase. However, when I create a new phase or duplicate/copy a program into a new program, these notes are not always carried over and need to be manually re-entered.
For coaches who work with recurring clients and frequently update programs, this creates extra administrative work and increases the risk of important setup instructions being forgotten.
It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to:
Automatically retain exercise notes when copying phases or programs.
Or provide a checkbox such as "Copy exercise notes and setup instructions" when duplicating a phase/program.
Or create a dedicated "Permanent Exercise Notes" field that remains attached to the exercise for that specific client across future program updates. This would improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience, especially when exercises require specific equipment setup instructions.

Having an Introduction section to their Meal Plan just like their Training Programs. This way we can what we've created for them, write any goals, etc.

More Freedom with Macros for Smart Meal Planning
It would be nice to either incorporate aspects of the sliding scale from the Flexible Meal Planner with the Smart Meal Planner, or to have more options to select from for macro splits with the Smart Meal Planner. It's very confined right now & I can't get granular enough with the nutrition to give my clients the exact plan they need, so I find myself still having to outsource & using other nutrition softwares. I'd like to just be able to use everything here in the app.

Manually Enter Step Count - Hear me out
Not everyone can wear a wearable device and not everyone can carry their phone or device on them while they are working (many places have no jewelry and no phone rules). Please allow the option to turn on manual entry of steps. For those doing challenges this can be turned off and for those just needing to track daily activity outside of a challenge we could turn on this feature to manually count steps. NOTE: You don't have Samsung Health, you don't allow MyFitnessPal to pull over step counts, rather than building out for all these other apps wouldn't it be more cost effective and more global friendly to allow manual entry?

Allow coaches to manually adjust the total daily macro targets after adding custom meals (before publishing)
When building a client's meal plan, we can set initial macro goals (protein, carbs, and fats in grams) and then add our customised meals. However, it's often difficult to get the totals to match the exact targets perfectly after adding real foods or recipes.
Currently, once the meals are added, the platform calculates the actual macros from those foods (e.g. 157g protein instead of the original 160g target), but we cannot easily adjust the displayed daily macro targets on that page to reflect the final realistic totals.
Suggested improvement:
After adding all the meals and seeing the calculated macro totals, please add the ability to manually edit/override the daily macro targets directly on the meal plan review page — before publishing or assigning it to the client.
For example:Original target: 160g protein | 240g carbs | 55g fats
After adding meals: calculated totals become 157g protein | 239g carbs | 52g fats
Allow me to simply change the targets to 157g | 239g | 52g (or any close values I prefer)This small but powerful change would let coaches deliver clean, accurate meal plans where clients can see that completing all their meals = hitting 100% of their prescribed macros. It removes the current mismatch and makes the plans feel more precise and professional.
This would be especially useful for coaches who create highly customised meal plans with real foods rather than relying solely on the Smart Meal Planner.
See I had, 160g target for protein for example, but at the moment, the meals I added give 157, and I cant edit that in there to match 157. It would be good if I can reset the macros in this page to 157, 239 and 52.When building a client's meal plan, we can set initial macro goals (protein, carbs, and fats in grams) and then add our customised meals. Remove the "AI workout builder" bar on the header
Would like to see the giant yellow header button saying AI WORKOUT BUILDER be removed.
My team does a lot of screen-sharing with clients, and I don't want them to think I'm using AI to build their programs (especially since I don't!). Lots of anti-AI sentiment out there these days.
Thanks!

Ability to change thumbnail for client referrals
It would be nice to be able to change the thumbnail for client referrals. Some coaches only train men, so it doesn't align to have a photo of two women. It would be nice to upload your own custom photo that aligns with your business.

Automatically calculate WEEKLY average for bodyweight, steps, calories
At the moment we can see a client's daily weigh-ins, steps, and calories throughout the week using the progress charts but there is no summary for what the average is for the week.
Because each day is a little different and more importantly bodyweight fluctuates for several factors a client's, I believe stats must be summarized as a weekly average as is the case with other apps.
That way we can compare weekly averages much quicker and make changes without manually calculating it while also educating clients on how to look at data in a more objective way

Add a Learning & Certification Resources Section for Fitness Professionals
Many coaches and trainers want to improve their skills beyond workouts and nutrition. It would be helpful to add a dedicated "Learning Resources" section where coaches can share educational content, certifications, industry articles, and professional development materials.
For example, trainers interested in emerging technologies such as AI could access resources like AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) study materials and practice questions:
https://www.certboosters.com/exam/amazon/aif-c01This feature could help coaches stay updated with new technologies, business skills, client engagement strategies, and certifications that improve their careers while adding more value to their clients.
Benefits:
Continuous learning for coaches
Better client service through updated knowledge
Community-driven resource sharing
Increased platform engagementThis would make the platform more than a workout app by supporting the professional growth of trainers and coaches.

calories burned
When tracking calories and macros I'd love for my clients to be able to see the calories burned. If they have a long run like a half marathon and burn 1500 calories, there should be an increase in the calorie intake for that day.

We should be able to schedule progression to clients workouts without them being scheduled to their calendar, it should just apply to the next time they do the workout.

INSERT SINGLE FOODS TO MEAL PLAN
A MUST in my opinion - We need to be able to add individual foods to meal plan for e.g. I want to add a banana, I shouldn't have to create a recipe for a banana - Let us access the entire food database that's in the meal tracker and let us add it in the meal planner
