Show client their nutrition targets on the dashboard in new layout
The new updated layout removed the nutrition target bars and remaining macros from a clients dashboard. This needs to be added back so clients can see their total nutrition at a glance on their main screen without having to log anything

Add modifications to exercises in the workout library.
Adding more modifications to the exercise library. Or being able to connect modifications to an exercise in a workout. i.e. in the workout I add regular pushups. Instead of in the notes adding modification instructions or adding knee pushups as a separate exercise in the workout. Attaching the knee pushups to the regular ones when I add it in the workout.

Reports
Can we get the ability to run reports like a normal business owner.
Sessions used/utlilization, revenue by custom date ranges, number of missed sessions, session expiration dates, alerts for low session usage, just to name a few.
It’s very frustrating knowing that ABC Financial bought Trainerize and having used ABC Financial in the past, I know it’s possible to run all of these reports.4 votes -
Creat your own meal plan!?!?
When paying for the advanced nutrition feature, or even without it, you should have the ability to create your own meal plan so that it is fully customisable to the client! Number of meals, meal names, visibility over macro/micro breakdown as you build it out, and the ability to drag and drop both your own and the trainerize recipes into the plan. You should also be able to just add foods to the plan for example a yoghurt and banana as a snack - rather than having to make that a meal then add it. This need to be actioned ASAP.

Stop completed workouts being deleted when I unschedule them
On a number of occasions, I've accidentally unscheduled a completed workout for a client, which then deletes the workout entirely. No weights. No reps. No measure of progress.
This is extremely frustrating and there's no way to recover these so far as I can tell.
Please stop the software deleting completed workouts through unscheduling them, unless I explicitly click the 'delete workout' button in the calendar.
Thanks!

Built-In Warm-Up Sets & Smart Load Calculator for Strength Workouts
The ability to track warm-up sets for strength exercises, along with an integrated warm-up calculator or suggested warm-up protocols for each workout.
Currently, trainers can’t pre-configure warm-ups directly within the exercise itself — they can only include them in the instructions. This forces both coaches and clients to manually calculate loads, which is time-consuming and disrupts workout flow.
This could be implemented in a few ways:
1. Allow sets to be marked as “warm-up” so they don’t count toward working-set history or performance tracking
2. Add a “Calculate Warm-Up” button within the workout that generates warm-up sets based on a trainer-defined protocol or standard models (e.g., percentage-based ramps, 1RM test protocols, etc.)This would improve accuracy, save time, and create a smoother training experience for both coaches and clients.

Allow coaches to manually adjust the total daily macro targets after adding custom meals (before publishing)
When building a client's meal plan, we can set initial macro goals (protein, carbs, and fats in grams) and then add our customised meals. However, it's often difficult to get the totals to match the exact targets perfectly after adding real foods or recipes.
Currently, once the meals are added, the platform calculates the actual macros from those foods (e.g. 157g protein instead of the original 160g target), but we cannot easily adjust the displayed daily macro targets on that page to reflect the final realistic totals.
Suggested improvement:
After adding all the meals and seeing the calculated macro totals, please add the ability to manually edit/override the daily macro targets directly on the meal plan review page — before publishing or assigning it to the client.
For example:Original target: 160g protein | 240g carbs | 55g fats
After adding meals: calculated totals become 157g protein | 239g carbs | 52g fats
Allow me to simply change the targets to 157g | 239g | 52g (or any close values I prefer)This small but powerful change would let coaches deliver clean, accurate meal plans where clients can see that completing all their meals = hitting 100% of their prescribed macros. It removes the current mismatch and makes the plans feel more precise and professional.
This would be especially useful for coaches who create highly customised meal plans with real foods rather than relying solely on the Smart Meal Planner.
See I had, 160g target for protein for example, but at the moment, the meals I added give 157, and I cant edit that in there to match 157. It would be good if I can reset the macros in this page to 157, 239 and 52.When building a client's meal plan, we can set initial macro goals (protein, carbs, and fats in grams) and then add our customised meals. Add More Simple, Batch-Cook, Bodybuilder-Style Meals
Many of my clients prefer — and see the best results from — straightforward, batch-friendly meals without extra sauces, toppings, or complicated ingredients.
I’d love to see the Smart Meal Plan Master Library include more classic bodybuilding staples like:
Proats: oatmeal, whey isolate protein powder, berries
Chicken & Rice: grilled chicken ******, rice, steamed veggies
Ground Turkey & Sweet Potato: with green beans or broccoli
Egg Whites & Ezekiel Toast: with avocado or spinach
Salmon & Quinoa: with asparagus or zucchini
These types of meals are easy to prepare in bulk, macro-friendly, and ideal for athletes, competitors, and clients who want simple, results-focused nutrition.
