Whoop
I like the app but only wear a whoop. It's more accurate than others I have tried. Would it be possible to add whoop? I don't want to go away from this app.

Save Client Payment Info On File
Currently TZ is unable to save clients payment info for the coach to add/edit payments or services without the client needing to put their info again.
This causes extra friction with every point of sale.
Many systems that use Stripe allow for payment info to be kept on file -- encypted so coaches can't see it -- but still able to make more charges or edit current subscriptions without any direct action from the client.
Any added friction in a sales process will always lead to lower sales.
The ability to keep payment info on file needs to be added to TZ pay to eliminate this unnecessary friction from sales.

Create an AUTOMATIC Push Notification reminding clients to preform a workout
There should be an automatic push notification to a clients phone if a client hasn't worked out in 7 days...similar to Myfitnesspal push notifications reminding people to log their food.
So a push notification for:
Client NOT completing a workout in 7 days
&
Client not logging food in X DaysThis should all be on the clients side.

CRM for Trainer
A more robust client notification system for client touchpoints, deliverables or scheduling - that goes either directly to phone or through text message - to remind of various tasks. This would only be seen by the Trainer. Could include reminders to schedule a call/session, update programming, do check-ins, send survey, start offboarding, etc.

crm
It would be helpful to have a more robust system to track and notify of client touchpoints and deliveries. Maybe this could be a notification directly to phone or a text message even. This would just be on the trainer side. This could include -- reminders for scheduling calls, updating programs, check-in days, etc.

Add in customized goals section on dashboard
A spot on the dashboard for clients customized goals would be great. And not goals that you click on in Trainerize, but a spot where we can type specific/customized goals we discussed with our client, so that they can see it every day, every time they log in!

Add steps to Walking cardio workout
Since we can't connect to many apps and Android phones, my clients need to be able to enter steps manually. Please add "Steps" under Cardio -> Walking-> Time, Distance, Max Speed, Incline, Total Calories.

Allow clients to rate individual exercise RPE rather than just the workout as a whole
currently clients can only rate the overall workout
but what if they find one exercise quite easy (say, RPE 5) and another quite difficult (say, RPE 10)
now they can type this out in a separate chat or add it to the comments, but that's not very convenient especially considering they'll be in the middle of a workout
So why not have a feature where after they complete their final set of any given exercise, a screen pops up with a sliding scale asking them to rate the RPE for that exercise (i.e. for the last set)

Inherit Light/Dark Mode from Account Settings on Login Screen
Problem:
A recent change to the login screen defaults it to dark mode, creating visibility issues for trainers using dark logos. This is particularly problematic for trainers who pay for a branded experience, as users encounter an "off-brand" experience upon logging into the portal. While the web app and mobile app adhere to the light/dark mode and logo preferences set in account settings, the login screen does not. This inconsistency undermines the seamless branding expected across the platform.Proposed Solution:
Update the login screen to inherit the light/dark mode settings and logo preferences directly from the trainer's account settings. Since the portal address is unique to each trainer, the system already recognizes the trainer identity before login.Benefits:
Improved Branding Consistency: Ensures the login screen reflects the trainer's chosen branding (logo and theme) for a cohesive user experience.
Enhanced User Experience: Eliminates issues where dark logos are not visible on the default dark mode login screen.
Value for Premium Users: Aligns the login experience with the premium branding paid for by trainers, enhancing the perception of the product's quality.
Streamlined Implementation: As the system already identifies the trainer via the unique portal address, inheriting these settings is technically feasible without requiring additional user input.
Technical Notes:The login screen should query the trainer's account settings when the portal address is accessed.
Based on these settings, dynamically apply the light/dark mode and logo to the login page.
Ensure fallback mechanisms for scenarios where settings cannot be retrieved (e.g., default to light mode with a neutral logo).
This improvement will align the login experience with the rest of the platform, meeting both functional and branding expectations.Problem:

In custom exercises, have a seconds x reps option for interval training
When creating custom exercises, having a reps x seconds option for interval training. Reason being, is I am currently unable to use the progression spreadsheet for programming different progressions of conditioning/interval training and the only work around I have found is to create the conditioning exercise as though it's a strength exercise (reps x weight) and explain in the notes that the weight is seconds, which can cause confusion for some clients. This is the only way I can change both the number of seconds an interval is and the number of reps to do in the progression spreadsheet without duplicating and recreating the entire session.

Add to calendar "personal client events"
Being able to include client-specific events in each client's personal calendar, such as competitions (running, cycling, etc.), important dates (physio visits, doctor visits, etc.), based on what our client tells us.
This is very useful for the client to organize their schedule and for us (the trainers) to keep track of what they have planned for their workouts.
Thanks

Quick Calendar view of a client WITHIN the messaging Tab!
A quick calendar view should be easily accessible each time you click on a new client within the messaging page. You shouldn't have to open a new tab for each client and THEN click on the calendar. It is far too time-consuming. Instead, have a calendar view open on the far right side within the messaging page instead of "PDF Attachments." This would allow to see critical data (workouts, comments, habits, etc) and send quick messages without having to do 3 more button clicks and wait for load times.
