Provide Averages of progress data
Averages are essential in determining actual progress. The charts and graphs available are great but being able to align on an average will be beneficial

Gym Programs and Workouts in Trainerize Program Library
There is currently an option for "Full Gym" programs under the "Equipment" filter in the Trainerize Program Library, however, there are no programs or workouts under this filter selection.
It's a bit odd for a platform who's implementation by coaches is predominantly gym/weights based training to not have any available in the library

Include Exercise Formats
Currently Trainerize only offers supersets and circuits as available formats. Include more exercise formats such as AMRAP, Tabata and EMOM.
These formats can also be optimised by offering sectional formatting blocks where coaches can add titles, parameters and descriptions.

Meal planner upgrades - this feature costs a lot and is barely functional
The meal planner feature is quite rigid, I would love the ability to be able to:
1. Designated as few or as many meals/snacks as I like regardless of calories
2. Add multiple "foods" to create a "meal" - for example if I want my client to have a banana and protein shake post workout, I would like to just be able to add those two items to their "post workout meal"
3. The ability to customise meal names
4. The ability to create a master meal plan and save it so that it can be assigned to multiple clients and tweaked for them
5. Once you have generated a "smart meal plan" - having the ability to easily drag and drop the order of the meals and having the ability to rename each meal
6. The ability to just build you own meal plan from all recipe databases???? Like I literally cannot build my own meal plan.
7. 75% of the recipes are bland/boring and there is no ability to change the recipes display from imperial to metric measurements to suit client location, which makes it seem really impersonal/lazy and creates extra work for the client.
8. When using the smart meal planner, there is no display of macro breakdown or nutrient breakdown which means you have to manually check every meal to ensure adequate macro/micronutrients - these should be displayed on the card of each meal without having to click into it and the totals (not just calories) should be displayed on the builder page too
All in all the cost of the smart meal planner is not worth it and if it doesn't improve I will 100% be cancelling this add on.The meal planner feature is quite rigid, I would love the ability to be able to:

Add "incline walking" as an activity
Currently, the only option similar to this would be "walking", but walking at a slow pace on a flat incline is very different than a fast pace on a moderate/heavy incline. Incline or power walking should be added to activities as a cardio option.

Add PDFs/custom links in the more section for clients
Add PDFs/custom links in the more section for clients for smaller trainers too not just for Studio & Enterprise accounts with Custom Branded Apps.
Ability to add links to link out to pages to buy supplements, equipment, clothing etc.
Have a space to upload recipe guides, starting guides etc. This will be for everyone.
This is a very useful feature that can streamline the onboarding process and help smaller trainers grow faster and gain more clients.

AI Training Focus Automations
Coaches can select various AI-powered training focus automations for their client’s programs:
Progressive Overload: AI adjusts reps, sets, and weight progression automatically based on client performance. The system increases the intensity over time to ensure the client is continuously improving.
Auto-Regulated Training (RPE/Fatigue): The AI guides the client to adjust the intensity of their workout by suggesting the appropriate number of reps and weight to use based on their perceived exertion (RPE) or fatigue level.
Muscle Endurance Focus: For endurance training, the AI sets higher rep ranges (12-20+ reps) with lighter weights for improving muscular endurance.
Strength Focus: When focusing on strength, the AI prescribes lower rep ranges (3-6 reps) with heavier weights, adjusting the intensity for optimal strength development.
Hypertrophy Focus: The AI targets moderate rep ranges (6-12 reps) with moderate-to-high weights, adjusting volume for muscle growth (hypertrophy).
Power Focus: For power development, the AI recommends explosive movements with low rep ranges (1-5 reps), emphasizing strength and speed.
Fat Loss Focus: The AI generates circuit-style training with higher rep ranges and shorter rest periods, incorporating both cardio and strength movements to enhance fat loss.
Mobility & Flexibility Focus: When focusing on mobility and flexibility, the AI adjusts the program to incorporate lower-intensity movements like dynamic stretching, yoga-like exercises, and recovery sessions to improve flexibility and range of motion.Coaches can select various AI-powered training focus automations for their client’s programs:

Mark-up a check in photo.
Can you add the ability to mark up a check in photo? That way I can circle or draw arrows and lines on them. This is an easy way to show them what I want them to change using an edited photo.

Disable the Trainerize meal library when autogenerating meal plans so it only uses your own
Have the ability to disable the Trainerize meal library when autogenerating meal plans so it only uses your own meals/recipes. The ones in Trainerize are too complicated and unrealistic.

Meals are way too 'fancy' and complicated. Maybe some like this would be good but 50% need to be simple and easy

Animated
Have a library of exercises with animated videos. This would eliminate the need for trainers to have spend hours uploading themselves doing exercises; as well as not having to use the existing pre-made exercise videos, which could affect individual trainers/studios branding.

Allow clients to enter in daily stats using a 1-5 scale
Examples:
mood on 1-5 scale (5 being great mood)
low back pain 1-5 scale
energy levels 1-5 scale
could even have notifications for them to enter these in at certain times during the day (900, 1200, 1500, etc)6 votes -
