Make onboarding flow based on the type of clien
For example, I have onboarding specifically catered towards macro clients, but I occasionally get training only clients too. I’d like to be able to set up different onboarding flows that goes along with the type of client.

It's A Bug Not A Feature
Posting pictures in groups is great, but rather than writing a message and attaching a picture to said message, a dialogue box opens for the message you want to have with it, which is great and all, but limits the amount of characters. So, either continue the message in another post in the group, or post the picture then write the message (or vice versa). Either way it is two notifications for the group. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you are trying to limit the amount of notifications your clients get so they don't disengage, its noticable.

Client need to be able to see lifts performed on last session with same exercise.
Is it possible to create way in the app where client can see within workout what was weights was performed on last session. Ideally that need to seen next to or in the window where client type his lifts. This is basic but very important fiture, must have. For progress overload managing. At the moment its requires too many steps to see last sessions data. Client have to make screenshots to compare. Its all now too complicated and requires too many steps to go back. Its brilliant app, that only few thins added/ modified slightly for very best user experience. I looking forward for your consideration. Thank you

Live online support in southern hemishpere
Please provide live support help desk in southern hemisphere as the support replies don’t always help with 12hours lag in response & sometime we need to speak to someone with the more complex problems. I’m in Australia - cheers C;

Add 'Boxing' as a cardio option. Include a fatigue/motivation tracker
First, add 'Boxing' as a cardio option in workout logs, allowing clients to specify type (pad work, bag work), rounds, and duration, while tracking estimated calories burned and feedback notes. Second, implement a fatigue and motivation tracker, prompting clients to rate both after each session on a 1-5 scale, with visual data charts to spot trends, an optional comment box for insights, and alerts for consistently low motivation or high fatigue.

You guys need to have more vegan dishes + fiilters and options for the planner like change the macro % split, add like unprocess/process food options, EXCLUDE foods for people allergic like for example Broccoli, or a specific food, etc. Basically upping the game.

Add resistance/weight-training in the activities area
Clients would like to add resistance-training as an activity. It seems as though all the activities are cardio-focused.

How to Use a Chin-Up Dip Station
A home gym chin-up dip station is an excellent piece of equipment for targeting your upper body, especially your back, arms, chest, and shoulders. It typically combines both chin-up bars and dip bars into one compact unit, making it a versatile addition to your home gym setup.
Benefits of a Chin-Up Dip Station
Chin-ups: Focus on your biceps, upper back, and forearms.
Pull-ups: Engage your entire upper back, shoulders, and arms.
Dips: Target your triceps, chest, and shoulders.
Core Workouts: You can also incorporate hanging leg raises or knee raises for your abs.How to Use a Chin-Up Dip Station
- Chin-Ups Chin-ups are done with an underhand grip (palms facing you), which focuses more on the biceps and lower back.
Steps:
Grab the home gym chin up dip station with your palms facing towards you and your hands shoulder-width apart.
Hang down with your arms fully extended and your legs slightly bent to avoid swinging.
Pull yourself up toward the bar, leading with your chest, until your chin goes above the bar.
Slowly lower your body back down to the starting position.Tips:
Engage your core and avoid swinging your legs.
Try to pull with your elbows rather than just relying on your arms.
If you're a beginner, use resistance bands or perform assisted chin-ups.- Pull-Ups A pull-up is performed with an overhand grip (palms facing away from you) and is great for building back strength.
Steps:
Grip the home gym chin up dip station with your hands shoulder-width apart, palms facing away from you.
Hang with your arms fully extended, keeping your core tight.
Pull your chest toward the bar, keeping your shoulders engaged.
Lower yourself back down to the starting position.Tips:
Avoid using momentum; move controlled.
Perform with a neutral spine and engage your back muscles, not just your arms.- Dips Dips primarily work the triceps, chest, and shoulders. You can adjust the intensity based on your body angle.
Steps:
Position yourself on the dip bars with your arms straight and your feet off the ground.
Slowly lower your body by bending your elbows at a 90-degree angle while leaning slightly forward for chest engagement or staying upright for triceps focus.Tips:
Keep your shoulders down and avoid shrugging during the dip.
For a chest focus, lean slightly forward as you lower yourself.
For triceps, keep your torso upright during the movement.- Core Exercises (Hanging Leg/Knee Raises) Using the home gym chin up dip station, you can also perform various core exercises like leg or knee raises.
Steps:
Hang from the chin-up bar with a firm grip.
Keep your legs straight or slightly bent, and raise them up towards your chest.
Lower your legs slowly back down to the starting position without swinging.Tips:
Perform the exercise slowly to engage the core muscles properly.
Focus on using your abs to lift your legs, not your momentum.https://relifesports.com/products/2024-relife-best-power-tower-workout-pull-up-station-for-home-gym

Check off exercises when done with each
I've had a few clients ask for a feature where they can "check off" exercises as they finish them. With this, that set/exercise would collapse and move to the next one - rather than having to search around the page with all open exercises.

Online Booking should not show WHO is in the class client is booking for. Privacy should be priority.
When client online books, they should not be able to see who else has booked at the time slot.
My current clients do not like the fact that anyone who is my client can see where they are booked.1 vote -

Is there a way to have the app track the exercises that they have done that week, month, last 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and year?
Exercises need to have a chart. So I don’t have to go to each workout in every profile to look at each exercise. I need a chart that shows every exercise they have done, dates it was done and the times it was done with reps, sets and weight. This helps me as the trainer know easily their progression. How to cycle their next periodization plan. If we are meeting their goals in strength training.

Smoothie Bar Ingredients
An ingredients list for the smoothie bar. I have allergies and dietary restrictions and would love something to reference in order to purchase at the smoothie bar. Also, being health-conscious, I would love if there were options of seed-oil free, organic, etc options.

when you delete past habits, it still shows up under the "progress by habits" tab. It should delete from there as well.
I noticed when i was looking at my clients progress, I checked out the progress by habits tab and it had all there past habits loaded in there as well. I went to the past habits tab and deleted them all, but they still show up under the Progress by Habits tab.

Calendar sync for workouts/training program
I'm wondering if in the future Trainerize can consider a calendar sync for workouts? I see that there is a calendar sync for apointments but that's not helpful because the training program I'm in Stronger Together does not use appointments. It would greatly help ease of use on the app. Especially since the desktop (and mobile) apps do not allow for the ability to view monthly workouts. I think the desktop also doesn't allow for even weekly. Only the coaches can see that. I'm sure it's not straightforward to integrate into the app. And I know that has been requested before a couple years ago. Thanks for a great product! Hope to continue to use.
