Points system
Utilize a points system similar to your challenges for each client. We can create a system where depending on the client reaching their fitness goals, doing cardio, doing a workout, completing a habit etc they win points like people do in the challenges. We could use this daily points system to increase accountability and at the end of the week give our client an overall report card. This also easily teaches them what to focus on and how to be flexible with their habits. For instance 20 points for reaching goals without going over, 15 points for a strength training session, 10 points for cardio, 5 points for drinking enough water etc... so they learn to prioritize habits off the points and how to be flexible each day and then see how that adds up each week and each month. They would learn consistency, accountability and flexibility all at the same time

Can I complete the lowes survey offline?
The Lowe's survey, available at lowescom/survey, is designed to collect customer feedback and is typically completed online. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to complete the Lowe's survey offline. The online format ensures convenience and allows for efficient data collection. To participate, customers need a recent Lowe's purchase receipt, which contains the necessary survey code. Once online, users can answer questions about their shopping experience and potentially win rewards. If you prefer offline feedback, consider reaching out to Lowe’s customer service or visiting a local store to share your opinions directly with the staff.

More exercise variation
There are certain exercises, for example, vertical rope pulls. Most of the time, the exercise are added into the data via YouTube videos. It would nice, if the app has exercise variation in the library.

Add scheduled time off to calendar
Show trainer time off in the calendar. At the moment it just shows as empty days which can make scheduling tricky. It would be handy if the scheduled time off showed within the main calendar schedule.

Video vault
A section where you can add and store educational vidoes. This could be for nutrition advice, mindset, tutorials on how to use the app for clients. I could go on.
This is all this app is missing right now. Yes maybe a few other tweaks here and there for but a video vault would really help my clients get better results through better education

The check in photos are too low res!
We need the side by side comparison on desktop too
It’s a pain to switch between phone and laptop to review - and the photos are so tiny you CANNOT see any details changing with it being a couple KB

Top Exercises to Perform on a Chin-Up Dip Station
A home gym chin up dip station is a versatile piece of fitness equipment designed to allow you to perform exercises like chin-ups, pull-ups, dips, leg raises, and more. It's an excellent addition to any home gym because it targets the upper body, particularly the back, biceps, chest, and triceps, with minimal space required.
Key features of home gym chin up dip station
Sturdy Construction:
Look for a heavy-duty frame made from steel for stability and durability. A strong frame ensures that the station can handle your body weight and any additional resistance (such as weighted vests or bands) safely.Versatile Design:
A good home gym chin up dip station should offer multiple grip positions (wide, narrow, neutral) for chin-ups and pull-ups to target different areas of the back and arms.
It should also have dip bars with ample width for performing triceps dips. Some stations have adjustable dip bars for different body sizes and training levels.Comfort:
Check for padded or foam grips on both the pull-up and dip bars to improve comfort and minimize hand strain.
Some models come with back and arm supports for added comfort, especially for exercises like leg raise or when using the dip station for prolonged periods.Space-Efficient:
Depending on your available space, you may want a compact model that can be folded for storage or one that is wall-mounted to save space.Weight Capacity:
Ensure the station can handle your weight plus any additional weight you may use during training (e.g., weighted vest, ankle weights).Adjustability:
Some stations allow you to adjust the height of the chin-up bar and dip bars to accommodate different body types or specific exercises.Multi-Functionality:
Many chin-up dip stations also include features like push-up bars, leg raise stations, and even ab straps for more variety in your workout routine.Top Exercises to Perform on a Chin-Up Dip Station
Chin-Ups & Pull-Ups:
Great for building back, biceps, and forearm strength. Vary your grip (wide, narrow, neutral) to hit different muscles.Dips:
Effective for targeting the triceps, chest, and shoulders. Add weight as you progress by using a weight belt or vest.Leg Raises:
Use the vertical knee raise (VKR) station for abs and hip flexors. Hang from the bars and raise your legs, focusing on controlled movements.Push-Ups:
Use the push-up bars or the dip bars to perform elevated push-ups, targeting your chest and triceps.Knee Raises or Toes to Bar:
Hang from the pull-up bar and bring your knees to your chest, or for an advanced variation, perform toes-to-bar for more core engagement.https://relifesports.com/products/2024-relife-best-power-tower-workout-pull-up-station-for-home-gym

Schedule PDF upload for Meal Plan
Be able to schedule in advance a meal plan to upload on a certain date. So a current meal plan can remain in place, work can be done on an updated meal plan and schedule it to replace the old meal plan on a certain date. This would be useful when managing large workload, and also when coach is taking leave so work can be done in advance and clients meal plans can still run and update as normal as does the programming

we need to create recipes and automatically generate macros for foods added
This is the biggest complaint of all my client's. My client's are always using My Fitness Pal or other apps to do this then add the food to app. I don't really like my client's using mfp, I'd love for them to only have to use my app. With the cost of the branding, I feel like this is something that should be available already.
