auto play custom videos
It would be great to have the ability to choose a clip of your custom video so it could auto play when a client is doing their workout. or even having auto play of a certain clip during circuit/tabata workouts. Most of my clients complain that they have to view the workouts prior to hitting start for circuit based workouts because they dont see what the movement is during.

Allow clients and coaches to click on a macronutrient and have each entry listed
In order to teach clients to eat intuitively, they should be able to click on their macronutrient graph each day and see all of the food items associated with that macronutrient in order from highest to lowest. Therefore they can learn to make swaps and substitutions on their own based on that data.

program expiring notification - Phase expiration notification - but this one also important
Trainer will get a notification of a training phase ending but they will not get a notification that a clients program is expiring. So if the trainer misses the end date on the product purchase the client will be automatically deactivated. Which tarnishes the customer experience.

Visit: DALL·E Free Website
Create an Account (Optional): Signing up is not required, but it’s beneficial if you want to save images and prompts for future projects.
Once you’re on the platform, you’re ready to start generating AI photos.- Creating AI Photos with Clear Prompts The key to getting high-quality AI-generated photos lies in crafting a detailed and specific prompt. DALL·E Free converts your text input into visuals, so the more descriptive you are, the more accurate and tailored the result will be.
Basic Prompt: “A dog in a park.”
Detailed Prompt: “A golden retriever running through a green park with autumn leaves on the ground, under a clear blue sky.”
Incorporating details such as colors, objects, surroundings, and even time of day will guide the AI to generate an image that matches your vision.- Customizing the Art Style DALL·E Free allows you to create images in various artistic styles. Whether you want a photorealistic image, a digital painting, or an abstract piece, specifying the style in your prompt ensures the image fits your desired aesthetic.
For example:
“A photorealistic image of a sunset over the ocean with vibrant orange and pink hues.”
“A cartoon-style drawing of a dog sitting in a colorful flower garden.”
Including the art style in your prompt gives you more control over the final look of your image, helping you create exactly what you need for your project.- Experimenting with Variations Once you generate an image with DALL·E Free, you have the option to create multiple variations of the same prompt. If the first image isn’t perfect, generating variations allows you to explore different interpretations without starting from scratch.
For example:
Initial Prompt: “A cozy living room with a fireplace and a large window.”
Variation Prompt: “A minimalist living room with a fireplace and a bay window, featuring soft lighting and wooden floors.”
By tweaking the details or generating alternative versions, you can refine your results until the image meets your expectations.- Adjusting Image Dimensions and Aspect Ratios For different platforms and uses, such as social media posts, website headers, or printed materials, you’ll want to specify the correct image dimensions and aspect ratios. DALL·E Free allows you to tailor the image size in the prompt itself.
Here’s how you can include size specifications:
“Create a square image of a mountain landscape in 1080x1080 pixels.”
“Generate a banner image of a cityscape at night in 16:9 aspect ratio for a website header.”
Defining the dimensions in your prompt ensures that the final image is perfectly sized for its intended purpose, without the need for additional editing later.- Enhancing Customization with Reference Images For even greater control over your AI-generated image, DALL·E Free allows you to upload reference images alongside your prompt. This is useful if you need to maintain consistency across different visuals or align the AI-generated image with an existing design element, such as a logo or brand colors.
Example:
Upload a logo and prompt: “Create a modern background image that complements this logo using shades of blue and gray.”
Using reference images ensures that the AI-generated content stays aligned with your vision, brand identity, or specific design requirements.- Specifying High-Resolution Images If you’re generating images for professional use, such as advertisements, brochures, or websites, downloading high-resolution images is crucial. DALL·E Free can create high-resolution images by simply adding “high-resolution” to your prompt.
For instance:
“Generate a high-resolution image of a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops.”
This ensures the image quality is suitable for larger formats or more detailed use, without losing sharpness or clarity.- Downloading Your AI-Generated Image Once you’re satisfied with the generated image, downloading it from DALL·E Free is quick and simple.
Steps to Download:
Preview the Image: After generating the image, take a moment to review it. If it matches your expectations, you can proceed to download.
Click “Download”: Save the image to your device in the desired format (e.g., JPEG, PNG).
Choose the Resolution: Depending on your project’s needs, select the resolution that suits your purposes, whether it’s a standard or high-resolution image.
Organize your downloads by naming them clearly, making it easy to find specific images for future use.For example:
“InstagramPostSunsetLandscape1080x1080.jpg”
“WebsiteBannerTechTheme16-9.png”
9. Organize Your Images for Efficient Use
If you’re working on multiple projects, keeping your AI-generated images organized is essential. Label your files and categorize them in specific folders based on the project, theme, or size. This saves time and ensures you can easily retrieve the images whenever you need them.Suggestions for Organization:
Create folders by project type: “Social Media,” “Marketing Banners,” “Website Headers.”
Label files with descriptive names: “SummerCampaignBeachScene16-9.jpg” or “NewProductAdFlowerBackground1080x1080.png.”

Exercises based on the percentage of the 1rm with an internal calculator that updates all weights in a program based on that percentage
Programs made by professionals are usually done in an Excel sheet; these programs are mostly based on the percentage of 1RM. In the Excel sheets, a cell can be created to input the 1RM of any exercise to automatically calculate the weight to be used based on the % of 1RM, e.g., squat, deadlift, and bench press. Once the 1RM is added to the routine, the exercises look as follows:
Enter Your Maxes Here:
Squat: 100 kg
Bench Press: 100 kgExcercise | RM | Reps | Sets | Weight
Squat (50%) 4 1 50
Squat (60%) 4 4 60
Bench press (50%) 5 1 50
Bench press (60%) 4 1 60
Bench press (70%) 3 1 70
Bench press (75%) 2 4 75
Squat (55%) 3 1 55
Squat (65%) 3 1 65
Squat (75%) 2 4 75The weight tab is automatically calculated based on the 1RM that the client added. As you can see, the weights the client should work with were automatically calculated as would be done in a program made in Excel.
If you need a reference on how this works, I recommend downloading a template from the famous powerlifting coach Boris Sheiko.
Regarding the exercises, all exercises created should have the option to be programmed based on the % of RM at the time of creation.
From 30% 1RM to 130% of 1RM.
The calculator can be at the top of each workout or on an extra tab, where all kinds of similar calculations can be made, and the 1RM of the exercises programmed by the coach can be added there.

Additional automation around workouts/programs
Need to be able to import workouts/programs using Excel (xls or csv) and/or via zapier action. We are increasingly utilizing AI to build first-pass versions of programs for our clients and we need this level of automation to take our business to the next level!

Workouts scheduled on the actual days as in product calendar no matter when client purchases master program
It would help to decrease hands on needed for subscribers when purchasing a program if the scheduled workouts would be added on for the actual days I schedule them on the product calendar instead of starting whenever they purchased OR having days/week until the program starts. That way their workouts are scheduled Mon-Fri regardless of when they purchased the master program & they can start right away.

Update the Meal Planner to incorporate a ketogenic protocol
The nutrition software should be updated to incorporate a ketogenic protocol to offer a more personalized and flexible approach to client nutrition. Many individuals are increasingly adopting ketogenic diets for health benefits such as improved fat metabolism, enhanced cognitive function, and better blood sugar regulation. By incorporating this protocol, the app can cater to clients seeking a low-carb, high-fat dietary option tailored to their goals, whether for weight loss, metabolic health, or performance enhancement. Expanding the app’s nutrition protocols to include keto will provide greater versatility and help meet the evolving needs of diverse client profiles.

Client Can Be Assigned to Multiple Trainers
We offer multiple programs and it would be a great feature to allow multiple trainers or at least a support trainer to a client's profile. I.e. a nutrition coach would be a support coach for a client in a workout program. Right now our support coaches are unable to use the automated features in trainerize and they have to set up there own reminders to check-in with clients.

Particularly visceral fat - a contributor to health/wellness and increases probability of diseases like diabetes. It correlates to body fat percentage but is a compelling number for clients if their focus goes beyond aesthetics.3 votes -

Data Ranges For Tracked Metrics (i.e. Steps, Weight, Body Fat %, etc.)
Steps as an example. My only range visibility as a coach is "1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 2 years". I would love to see "Last 7 days, Last 30 days" and also even just a small line that shows some different specific highlights like "Most steps in 1 day, Least steps in 1 day, Average steps in selected range"

More Customizable Auto / Scheduled Messaging
More customizable options in regard to automated and scheduled messages (i.e. every Sunday repeating, or WHEN client has a scheduled workout THEN message AT [TIME] with the following; etc.)
Having the pre-selected options of "3rd, 7th, or 14th" day after signup could be nice, but it doesn't help with the program I build for my client.
