Flat text in workout instructions.
Workout instructions are just flat text. That makes it difficult to create reader friendly instructions for the user. It would be very useful to be able to use bold, italic, underline and if it's not asking too much, numbering to the instructions.

In App Market Place For Clients
Its all well and good having unlimited basic clients but what use is it if they cannot access your products or message you through the app. There needs to be a Market place so they can resubscribe to your services, A link to a website is great but lets keep it on the app.

When creating an exercise, can we have the option of making it an "AMRAP" rather that "timed strength" "General" etc. Where the metrics tracked by the client is 1. Time they worked for and 2. the number of sets completed?

personal best
Client can't see their actual personal bests in the app on the phone. Only through searching and multiple steps you can fiddle with "badges" and they say NOTHING about what they achieved and how much improved. As well as when you finish the training you see personal best, but without the line of progress, for example, if its a volume load- clients/trainer won't see what was the previous volume load in the same exercise.

Eccentric/Concentric
Is there a way to add eccentric/concentric focused times and/or unilateral training times to the app for exercises?
It gives text and time already (which I use) but the total workout time doesn't reflect the ecc/con time constraint with exercises. I've had confused clients thinking the workout was only going to be "33 minutes" but in reality it will still a 45-50 minute workout. I have told them that the ecc/con and unilateral training does take twice as long per exercise due to having to do it on each side before taking a rest period.

More bigger, bolder fonts please!
The UI recently (December 2025) got a new look and it was a huge improvement for people like me who need reading glasses but don't wear them in the gym (for obvious reasons*).
But, it was only an improvement on the "pre-workout" page, before you hit the Start button to start the workout. Since December, I've been able to read that page easily without my glasses, thanks to the bigger, bolder fonts. Thank you to the Trainerize UI/UX design team for this update!

Trainer should be able to use the app features just like clients
Trainers should be able to use all the app's features just like a client. I would like to track my workouts and my food without having to log out as a trainer and log back in as a client. It would help us tremendously, when working with our clients, to know, from personal use, how to use everything. I don't think this would be hard to incorporate. Please add this.

I would like to be able to do the challenges in more than 12 weeks
I am running a 90 day challenge (or 12 weeks) but the dates on the challenge set up only let me go to 12 weeks. Being about to pick start and end date without restrictions would be good.

It would be great if within a product you could set up a group class and the participanta added to that programme were then auto enrolled in
When you create a product for a trial it's great, I have created a 10 day product and I wanted to run live virtual sessions on day 1, 4 8 and 10, however in the product as it stands i have to manually add people to the class in the programme when they come into the trial rather than them being automatically enrolled via the product. If they were automatically enrolled via the product I would be able to run the challenge continuously with the challenge starting every Monday as opposed to a fixed date which limits me to how…
