When a client sends a message to coach they get a custom message immediately - " your message has been received coach will respond in 24 hrs."

weekly automated check-in
I would love to have a weekly automated check-in feature in Trainerize, scheduled on a specific day (e.g. every Sunday). The system should:
Send clients a notification or message with a link to the check-in.
Include customizable questions on training, nutrition, sleep, stress, habits, and goals.
Allow both quick multiple-choice/scale answers and open-text responses.
Automatically log responses so coaches can track weekly trends and progress over time.
This would help clients reflect regularly, stay accountable, and set clear goals for the upcoming week — while saving coaches time on manual follow-up.

The feature to upload our own check in form & /or the ability to include a link to our check in form in the auto messages in the calendar . currntly we can only include it in a group message or individual message but can't link the form when we schedule it in the calendar

Duplicate a recipe
The ability to duplicate a recipe would be nice. Sometimes you make the same meal but with a different ingredient. It would be nice to have the ability to duplicate it, then swap out the ingredient that is different, instead of having to create a whole new recipe.

Nutrition- toggle between raw or cooked foods
Toggle Between "Raw" or "Cooked" foods and the weights automatically update. The tracking app RP Diet does this so well- not only for proteins but for potatoes, rice, etc and it makes it so easy and convenient for tracking.
Probably one of the best features and the reason their app is worth it

Show name of cardio activity when syncing from Garmin into Trainerize
Cardio activities synced over from Garmin show up in Trainerize as "general." It would be nice if they were labelled with the actual name of the activity, such as "running," or "cycling."

Filter messages by tags
There should be a way to filter the message view by certain tags, rather than just on the client view. Its nice that you can filter by tag on the client view, but then you have to click multiple buttons to get into the individual messages per client, and you can't see the last conversations if you send a broadcast style message across a certain tag. Ideally, you should be able to filter by tags on the message view itself so you can access conversations from there.

make partner appointments available to self book and remove them from the "class" visibility
i typically train two or three clients at once. Currently only one of them can book the appointment and then must notify the others. Consequently, only one is charged a "session" for the appointment. This appointment also only appears on the booking client's calendar, not on the others, making them less likely to use the app at all.
If I book these appointments manually, they show up on ALL client's dashboards if I've elected to have classes visible (which I have for the class I teach), and it looks as if anyone can book one of these partner appointments.

I have an active community and several groups for our clients to post in, but it gets chaotic with over 100 women constantly contributing. I'd like to ask for a "threads" addition so people can respond to individual messages and continue the conversation without it being entered as it's own post - similar to what Slack has.
I like keeping the community chats in their training app, but the clients have been asking for this addition so we don't have to move to an outside app.

To be able to see how much protein they have had for the day
I have a client that brought up the fact that she wishes the app would tell her in total how many g of protein or other macro she has had for the day. It tells her how much she has left but not where she currently stands. She has to do the math

Reports
Can we get the ability to run reports like a normal business owner.
Sessions used/utlilization, revenue by custom date ranges, number of missed sessions, session expiration dates, alerts for low session usage, just to name a few.
It’s very frustrating knowing that ABC Financial bought Trainerize and having used ABC Financial in the past, I know it’s possible to run all of these reports.2 votes -
Client Check-in Forms
If you update a specific check in form, it would be great if it automatically updates in the client calendar instead of having to delete and re-add it for them. A lot of extra manual work when it could be done more seamlessly.

Is it possible to add voice notes to clients meal plans and workout plans, that would be great.
The idea is to add short voice notes alongside clients’ meal plans and workout plans inside Trainerize, so they receive spoken guidance, not just written instructions.
Instead of clients only reading numbers, exercises, and calories, they can press play and hear coaching — similar to having you next to them.

Add Check-in Status (On time, Late, No-show)
Would it be possible to add a simple new feature to streamline the check-in process for our in-person clients?
A one-click button or toggle to update a client's status as "On Time," "Late," or "No-Show" would be incredibly helpful to highlight their accountability.
