Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Need to be able to set more times for circuit exercises, like 12 minutes

    Currently if you want to have a timed exercise in a circuit workout, there is not enough granularity for the times. I need to have 75 seconds, 7 minutes, 12 minutes and more. We should be able to put any time we want in there.

  2. Appt or classes given report

    I contract at a gym and need to run analytics on my number of sessions and group sessions to be sure I am accurately paying for my time. It would be nice if I could export some type of report based on my calendar. Reporting on different analytics regarding my business in general would be nice, other than "app logins".

  5. Daily Summary Report for specific clients only

    It would be great if we as trainers can specify which clients we want the daily summary report for.
    I train in-person and online clients and only want the daily summary report for my online clients.

  6. Would be great if you would ad surfing to the cardio log library. I work with surfers and now they can't ad their surf sessions.

  7. Is it possible to connect the post-workout messaging with the regular messaging? It gets confusing having two separate messages with clients

    Is it possible to connect the post-workout messaging with the regular messaging? It gets confusing having two separate messages with clients, and is really inconvenient when either of us need to find a conversation, not realizing it’s in a different are of the app. It’s too much to have to work around and look for a message. I saw this was a request awhile back, but I don’t know if you realize how impactful this actually is. Thanks so much!

  8. Make high calories meal plan easier to actually eat

    The high caloric meal plans have very huge portion sizes. It would be better to include more calorie dense food as snacks to hit the caloric goal instead of doubling portions.

  9. Colors of blue links

    Is there a way for people to change the color of the blue and black? Or are you guys thinking of changing it? I have several clients who struggle to be able to see the words and where to click on the app on their phones.

  10. Allow customers to select among different versions of a workout session - normal, 30-min, 15-min, body weight

    Currently I have a normal workout, a 30-min version, a 15-min version, and a body weight zero equipment version. Most of my clients are busy entrepreneurs and professionals and need additional flexibility when it comes to training to stay consistent. If they go to the gym and can easily select a workout that fits their schedule or even skip the gym and choose the body weight version, that would be a game changer for them (and myslef).

  12. Ability to have a client buy a product, ask a few questions and spit out meal plan

    Ability to sell a nutrition coaching product, have the client answer questions like height, sex, weight, activity level and do a first pass TDEE and generate out a meal plan.

  13. Notify client when Program Phase or workout is added

    Right now the client is only notified when a program is added. For a long-term client this is only done once. I'd like to either manually or automatically notify the client when a trainer adds a phase or workout.

    I had a client ask for a new workout while they were traveling. I added the workout and texted them, but because of travel they never got the text. So they assumed I didn't do it.

    I also have clients ask if they're going crazy or if the workouts look different because they didn't notice I made changes.

  14. Substituting a workout

    I have gotten feedback from my clients stating when they substitute an exercise that week and save their workout that next week when they go into the same workout the substituted exercise wasn't saved and the original exercise was still there... I think it would be beneficial if there are substitutions made they should be saved for the following weeks moving forward so that they don't have to go in and substitute the workout every week.

  15. Be able to view EVERY client's nutrition bars in 1 screen.

    I have to open a new tab for every single client at once if I want to view their nutrition for the day. Like one big screen where you can scroll down little bubbles with their nutrition progress for the day & maybe even workout they did. Like a live dashboard. Or at least just an overall view of everyone at once . Because it's so many steps to view what everyone is doing / has planned for them for the day you have to check 1 by one which takes load screen after load screen.

  17. carb cycling cardio exercise

    I do a lot of training with clients for triathlons and carb cycling is very important. Having that as a cardio activity would help.

  19. New calender dialog schedule box is rubbish, it doesnt hold the day you selected and cannot add 2 workouts at once please chage it back

    Change the Dialog box back to old one when scheduling the programs and workouts in the calender set up. The new one has 3-4 more steps in it and doesnt hold what day you are one and cannot add more than one workout in the calender at once - revert back please it was fine

  20. When I “start my workout”

    I like to keep track on my apple workout on my watch as well. When I start my workout on my phone through the trainerize app, it automatically stops my workout app. I don’t like it
