Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Be able to choose how many "days" go by before a client is tagged for recent sign in activity

    It would be nice to be able to choose how many days go by before a client is tagged for not signing into the app or not messaging their trainer lately. Right now the minimum time frame is one week. It would be great to be able to choose how many days.

  3. Shorter timeframes for phase length

    We should have the ability to shorten the training phase as they aren't always a week long or in weekly increments

  4. Keep a timer option for timed based exercises.

    It would seem that if the exercise is definitely time based, I should be able to set a recommended timer for that exercise.

    Currently, if an exercise is Timed (Longer Better) or Timed (Shorter Better) or Timed Strength, we lose the ability to select a recommended timer with the exercise. We can only type in text with the exercise when prescribing it to a particular client or workout.

    If I can make a feature request, please allow Timed exercises to have an editable timer on them like standard Strength exercises.

  6. Allow the coach download a data set from several members in one go to one file.

    Every week I have to click into member profiles individually to get weigh in data, nutrition data etc. If I could select the clients and the data set I wanted to download it would save massive time and would be nice to see it all in one file!

  7. Make high calories meal plan easier to actually eat

    The high caloric meal plans have very huge portion sizes. It would be better to include more calorie dense food as snacks to hit the caloric goal instead of doubling portions.

  9. Just add macros into the meal tracker instead of needing to scan a barcode or create a food

    Rather than have to add everything in as a custom food each time it would be nice to just be able to quickly type in the macros for more advanced clients who know what they're doing

  10. Ability to have a client buy a product, ask a few questions and spit out meal plan

    Ability to sell a nutrition coaching product, have the client answer questions like height, sex, weight, activity level and do a first pass TDEE and generate out a meal plan.

    Send a scheduled message to ALL USERS. If I host an event, If I host a live, If I want to send a link/newsletter same day each week, or take payment from all on the same day of the month I want to remind all at the same time

  13. Ability to access team members conversations with clients

    I'm sure there are some legality concerns with this, but one thing we want to do is do a monthly quality check with our coaches to ensure they're communicating with clients according to our coaching policy.

    As of now, it seems the only way to do this would be to log into their actual trainer account, which isn't ideal.

    I'm hoping there could be some workaround for this, as we want to ensure we give our clients the best quality possible.

  14. Include more meals without protein powder

    It would be great to have some food options for my clients that do not include scoops of protein powder. Most modern societies have adequate amounts of protein as it is.

  15. It would be helpful if trainers could review circuit workouts as seen from the clients POV.

    Trainers can view the interval workouts they design from the POV of the client.

  16. When a client purchase a product, add the option to automatically start the program next Monday.

    I noticed that when a client buy's a product the program automatically start the day of the purchase , example if a program is set for a typical Monday to Friday and the client buy's the program on Saturday the program starts at Saturday. That's very problematic, because if you 100sales products ,I don't want to change the start of the program manually.You should add the option to start the program next Monday automatically regardless the day the client purchase the product. Thanks

  17. View Personal Best Data At Anytime!!!

    Hey,

    after you you complete a workout and you get a new PR i love that it shows all the percentages, and volume etc. It would be amazing to go back to view that same PR graphic/animation. sometimes my clients close the app too fast and they don't get to view, this actually causes some emotional damage because they worked so hard to get a PR and they're not able to go back and see it...

    also say you hit like 10 Pr's when you try to share it or save the imagine it cuts off, there should be a…

  18. Add a button to toggle a client’s ability to swap meals in smart meal planner.

    Clients have the ability to look at all swap options, print them out, and opt out of future smart meal plan upsell. Secondly, that ability to swap can easily be used as an upsell option in itself.

  19. Have client's calorie and macro goals set automatically on purchase according to their details

    The idea is having product packages include automation for assigning habits, as well as setting calorie and macro goals similar to how you can automatically assign a training program. This would save valuable time setting clients habits and nutrition individually. Perhaps having an option along the lines of 'Set client at x% deficit/maintenance/surplus' as one of the workflow features in the package automation menu.
