This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Allow Coach to add meals and foods in the meal tracker from the web version

    When helping a client out to meet their macro targets, I use the meal tracker from my phone and add foods in for them. I want to be able to create a meal as a trainer and use the meal tracker from my laptop to help with logging in foods. It can be easier when already working on the computer to quickly log in and help the client out faster without needing to use my phone.

  3. Watch: during rests, show upcoming excercise

    The Apple Watch app shows a countdown progress bar, but what I’m most interested is what’s coming up next. Currently I have to swipe right to see the whole exercise list, but it would be nice to see the next excercise and any pre-recorded data if available to help setup the next excercise during rest periods

  4. notes on the calendar, client or trainer

    Client or trainer can leave a note on the calendar. I would like my client and myself to be able to leave notes to each other attached to days.
    Example: Client was sick and missed a workout. They should be able to leave me a note “I was sick so I missed workout” or “it was my anniversary” or whatever so they can explain what happened that day.
    A note I might leave “take today off” or “when you do todays workout I want you to do half speed”

  5. Make it possible to pick a certain time inside the video

    Right now while watching the client's video it is impossible to pick a certain time frame
    For example if I see something at 45s in to the video and want to look at that REP again specifically, then I got to exit the video and watch the first 44s of it again to be able to look at it for the second time

    This REALLY ups the time trainers need to spend on watching videos. Please make it so that we can pick different times through out the video.

  6. Edit Scheduled Classes Repeat Options

    CX would like the ability to open a scheduled Class Event and edit the repeat option. For example, if they scheduled a Class Event to repeat every Monday for 12 weeks, they would like to be able to click on any of the scheduled blocks and edit the repeat options (extend the duration, add additional dates).

  8. See previous program phases

    It would be super usefull to allow coaches to choose if their clients can see OR not their past program phases. We get a couple of complaints about that... they were use to this with our previous app and now they request we send them.

  10. Put clients name before session times

    Calendar on webpage
    Have clients name on session times or just name instead of the session times I can’t tell who is who if someone slots in someone else’s spot for a day and I like to see who I have in the day so I know I’m prepared
    It has their name in tiny writing in the app calendar which is okay but nothing for the calendar on the webpage when using the iPad I can’t tell who is who

  11. Trainerize appointment notes to sync with google calendar

    My notes that I put in for specific clients when booking doesn’t show in my google calendar is this possible to sync
    If they pay cash it’s easier to track but I have to keep going back through trainerize to find the notes

  16. Add an end date to the challenges instead of just weeks

    The challenges are a great new feature! Thank you for that. The only issue is the duration. It only has a 'weeks' time option and not an "end date' time option. This should be an easy fix since this is already an option for training programs.
    You can't have a "30 day fat burning challenge" without the ability to offer the challenge for 30 days. Even the phrase "30 days" is a fairly established marketing fitness challenge phrase. No one says, 35 day boot camp challenge. Or 28 day calorie burn. It's 30 or 60 or even a 90 day.…

  17. Have a start date for habits

    I'm doing monthly challenges for my clients and being able to have habits start on the date the challenge starts instead of the exact day I input them would be better.

  18. Toggle through days on Meal Tracker & Have client name on meal tracker pop-up screen

    I would love to be able to click forward and backward from days past to days future so I can view and comment on multiple days at once. Also, when the clients meal pops up in the screen, it would be helpful if their name was also listed on that pop up so I don't forget who I'm talking to when commenting on meals.

  19. Track Custom Metrics

    I'm not sure why this doesn't exist, as this is the only app I've tested that doesn't allow you to create your own "metric" to track and graph (which is unfortunate, because this is one of my favorite apps that I've tested overall!) Most will allow you to create and name a metric and even allow you to customize the unit if it doesn't already exist. For example, you can currently track things like sleep, steps, etc. I'd also like to track daily overall stress levels, simply on a scale of 1-10, among other things.

  20. Allow clients to be assigned to multiple coaches.

    Allow assignment of multiple coaches to one client. Would work in the instance of having a separate fitness and nutrition coach working with the same client.
