Hover to see clients previous weights when building a workout
When creating a workout it would be nice to be able to see how much the client was lifting the last time they performed this exercise without having to go into previous programs and find the answer.
For example, If I put bench press into the workout maybe an info icon could appear and I simply hover over it to see the last few times they were done to help with picking starting weights for the new workout.

Rate each set
I'd like the ability to rate each set within the workout. e.g. if I see that a client is able to do 10 reps with the 40lbs, but she's barely making it, I don't want to push her to do 11-12 reps until I know she's ready.

Exercise or workout library for clients to plan their own freestyle workouts for body part
Be able to create a workout library organised by target muscle eg quads, core etc. and full workouts by body part so clients can choose a random workout outside of their prescribed plan

Hashtags in chats
Have the option to search the group chats for hashtags. For example, if my client shares a #sweatyselfie, I can search for it along w all the others to save the images for my own marketing w client pics. Or #win is another example where I can search and quickly see what clients are sharing as daily wins.

Delay Automated Response
Currently it sends a response the second someone enters info which makes it very obvious it’s automated.

Clients want to be able to print their workout s
A thing that would be great, is that i know many people like to print the workout out on paper. so if there could be a pdf creater of the workout you maked for your clients ? So they could choose that option to?

Shorten or Nickname
For notifications going out to clients, how about instead of having the trainers full name you have a shortened version ie. Steve instead of Stephen Jones or even Jonesy.

Personal best in overview
It would be great to be able to view what the clients PB's are from the Overview page rather than getting a notification that "Joe achieved 3 PBs in todays workout" then having to click into each exercise to see what's changed.

ability to mention other trainers in notes
Ability to mention another trainer in the notes and the other trainer can get a notification. This will be great for collaboration.

It would be useful to give trainers the capability to build an entire micro cycle at once instead of having an individual workout for the day.

Please add your specific exercises to the comments, with any youtube videos. That will help us execute on this idea if we have specific exercises we can execute on.

Be able to graduate from a bodyweight to a weight exercise
-the ability for clients to include amount of weight used, length, and reps, on every exercise (not only just one). For example:
Hanging Leg Raise - you are only able to include amount of reps done, as a client, and not additional weight if applicable (if they were to do weighted hanging leg raises).Right now you have to use 2 different exercises

Leave the rest periods alone
It's great how we can do a rest periods after each exercise, however, the new format where when you click on the workout and it shows the rest period as a complete block under the exercise is too distracting. It makes it look like the workout is way longer than it is. It was better when it was on the side. It's harder to see what exercises are in the workout at a glance when there is a big yellow rest under each one. Just my opinion.

More control over how exercise compliance is calculated
PLEASE make an option to include workouts the client schedules for themselves. Most of my clients schedule their own workouts a week or month in advance. As it is now, for me to get a compliance score, I have to go back and redo it for them so it "counts". It'd be great if compliance was determined based on ANY workout scheduled and completed or missed, or at least have a setting where we can choose how it is determined.

Integrate with Avatar Nutrition
A lot more people are starting to use Avatar Nutrition which is better, in my opinion, than FitBit or other nutrition trackers. It's also something more Dietitians are using through their end of the program.

New Trainerize Action on Zapier that allows to modify client goals such as TDEE or macro split
It would be useful to allow more client data to modify via Zapier automations, like for example, weight, height, age, BMR, TDEE or macro split.
My use case is to capture and calculate client data in a Google Form and then insert directly (and automatically) into my trainerize account for that client.
