This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. organizing workouts

    The click and drag function for reorganizing exercises in a workout program is not very efficient.
    There should be another option to reorganize exercises in a workout program in a numerical function.
    For example, If I want to reorganize a (2)chest-press, (1)squat, (3)bicep-curl, I could number them in a desired order instead of having to click and drag them into place.

  3. Battlepass/ leaderboards system

    The app should add an element of gamification. By making the app more fun to engage with on the client side we could have better retention overall.

    A Leader board system with an opt-in / out function on the client side (within the groups) would be the optimal way to implement this feature. Then each client can activate / share their numbers and metrics with the groups they choose. If they don't opt into it they don't have to see others scores. This would allow the competitive clients to push themselves and eachother while not forcing the program onto those…

  4. Add own customised metrics on clients dashboard

    Working as a health professional some of the metrics we would like to track are not in the set/standard list in 'Configure dashboard widgets' section.
    It would be useful to have the ability to 'add' ones own metrics so that we can enter and track them over time eg Max Squat, Metabolic Age etc
    If not adding new metrics, simply having the ability to change the name of the current ones.

  8. Increase Low 5GB Video Limit To Increase Video Quality

    Video package issue.

    I currently subscribe to the video add on package. I would like to report a issue which is only going to get more of a problem as time moves on.

    Each video I can upload has a maximum of 5gb storage, which is inadequate for its purpose. For example my 15 minute workout on the iPhone 14 pro is between 6-8GB so an hour is 30GB (approx). I know its possible to compress these video online but at a cost of over £200 a year and this reduces the quality of the video. As new phones are…

  10. Set up auto messages for client tags

    If clients are given a tag such as missed a few workouts or not responded to check in messages lately, can we set up an auto message to be sent when this tag is also applied. This would save manually looking over the tags and sending messages out to follow up with clients.

  13. Set different macros target for different days

    It would be very useful to be able to assign certain macros target on specific days.

    Additionally, it would be amazing that the different target show in the nutrition section (coach side) when we look back at the monthly view

  15. A way to get notified when a client reaches a milestone / fitness goal? Such as losing 10 lbs / 20 lbs, etc.

    Auto notification when a client loses X amount of weight or gains X amount of weight.

  18. Having an emoji reaction with meal pictures

    I'd like to be able to "applaud" or give a "thumbs up" emoji to my clients when they leave food pictures in the app. It helps to reward good choices and let's them know that I'm with them and cheering for them in their journey.

  19. Incremental Daily Goals

    Some goals are repeating the same behavior or habit a few times a day (ex. eat 3 healthy meals, refill water bottle 4 times, go for a 5-10min walk 3 times). Rather than a single check for the day, it would be good if clients could check off each portion of the daily goal as they do it rather than an all or none approach. See the Streaks app for a good example.

  20. The app is a little buggy. Switching from client to client is a bit cumbersome. Too many clicks to get where i need to go.

    Also, allow notes to be added to the exercise itself. For example if we need to correct form or want to remember to watch for something or a specific non-weight setting on a machine. It would be helpful to have it right there.
