Seeing a truly weight lifted for sets and not overall volume all the time
A client of mine stated “I have a thing that might be helpful on the app, I noticed today that the app tracked my warm-up sets as my best set overall, I think because it had more reps so what I saw was 10 reps at 45 pounds instead of six reps at 176 pounds which was the set that I worked up to last week. I know I would prefer seeing what my max weight was in those scenarios, I might like to see the maxpreps in the scenarios where I am going for Max reps, not weight at…

Auto calculate estimated duration of a workout
In interval workouts, I can see the duration of the workout. It would be great if the other types of workouts have the same capabilities.

Ability to copy programs to clients using cleint tags
We run a semi-private business. We have some on 1x a week to 3x a week commitment. We would like to be able to create a workout and then copy to all the clients programs based clients tags. For example homework 1 would go to all semi private clients (tagged spt 1x, spt2x, sp 3x) byt home work 2 would go to tagged spt 2x and 3x clients

Add “Push” as wheelchair cardio option to match the Apple Watch feature
I train all wheelchair users and they are requesting to be able to do a wheelchair push for their cardi option (an adapted walk or run for wheelchair user). Now that Trainerize is syncing to the Apple Watch, my clients would like to take advantage of the wheelchair features with the Watch and Trainerize.

Phase previews
It would be useful to let clients at least see a preview of the next phase. Even just a few days in advance so they can see what's coming and what exercises they might need advice on. I have clients across North America, and many like to work out first thing in the morning. If they can't see the Monday workout until Monday morning, it ends up being a missed day (or a crappy workout spent looking things up) for them. Workout Effort Output
As well as reps and sets, it would be nice for us to say if we want the set to be EASY, MOD, HVY, MAX. I saw this inside The transform app and have a screen shot I can submit.

A section to view all your Master Programmes instead of having them as just a side bar
It can be a little frustrating when you build your own workout programmes and it only shows up in the side bar if you have multiple programmes with similar names It would be good to be taken to a tab where you can see all your master programmes in one section and able to see its full name . If anyone has used truecoach you will know what I mean. Thank you guys

Repeating custom cardio on certain days of the week
Hi! I am a part of a team of coaches and I had a feature I would love if you guys could work on adding. We put in a lot of "custom" cardio options but you can not put it across multiple days. It takes a lot of time to manually add the same cardio four to five times in the calendar. If there was a repeat across tues, wed, thru, fri or something that would make my life a lot easier! The aerobic workouts can't be customized enough to what I do. I need more space to write out the specifics of aerobic workouts.
Can you please add a cell in the aerobic workouts where I can write out the specifics of each aerobic workout? They are VERY specific for my clients and often include pace, HR, time, and trail type. Also, they are more specific than just running. Tempo, track intervals, treadmill intervals, steady state, hill work uphill, hill work downhill, etc.

Buongiorno, potreste aggiungere la possibilità nella creazione dei programmi di inserire nello stesso allenamento diverse modalità di lavoro (regular+interval+circuit. Questo consentirebbe di creare un programma più articolato. Es: creazione di un circuito di riscaldamento, lavoro regular, e finale con interval.

Kunne det vært mulig å gjøre det slik at man kan lage seg en øvelsesbank med favoritter fra øvelsesbiblioteket? Vi er flere som benytter samme konto i SATS, og det blir etter hvert veldig mange øvelser å lete gjennom.

Reduce folder to one with thr ability to share it or individual workouts/plans.
Minimize the folder options with the ability to share it. Its a pain flipping between shared and personal folders. Inefficient.

Week day automation not programme day automation
I like my clients to have all their measurements done on a Monday morning.
Programme days are one thing, but if some other things, like measurements can always be done on an actual Monday, that'd be grand.
