I’d like the ability to easily toggle between my coaching dashboard and my own personal training dashboard without having to sign in and out
I’m new to this app so I could be mistaken but, I’d like the ability to easily toggle between my coaching dashboard and my own personal training dashboard without having to sign in and out. I use Trainerize to program for my clients and my coach uses Trainerize to program for me. And in order to access those, I’m constantly having to sign in and out.

Ability to create and customize our own auto-messages
I can see this idea is already listed but throwing mine out there too in the hopes that this feature gets added. I have to manually add automessages to my clients program (I save them in a word doc and cut and paste them in). I'm nearing 200 clients so having to do this every time I set up a program is crazy and takes valuable time. This would improve onboarding, client satisfaction and retention and free up the coach's time for building more business.
It only makes sense to Trainerize and to everyone.

Training and non- training day calories
Being able to give client different calorie targets for different days. For example training & non-training day calories or weekday and weekend for clients to be able to manage these better and have specific targets for them

Is there a way to hide the class schedule from my online only clients?
I train both inperson and online.I also wanted to offer a trial program for my online clients then I noticed even my trial clients can see the class schedule is there a way to hide this?

Add option for clients to set grams as the default unit of measure for the Smart Meal Planner.
My clients use grams instead of ounces. They can select grams when adding food into the SMP but it isn't right away when logging their food. I'd like there to be an option for them to select grams as the app default so they don't always have to select grams manually.

Use the smart meal planner WITHOUT calories & macros
Be able to add custom meals and use the smart meal planner without calorie and macros inviolved.
I'd like to be able to use the smart meal planner and custom meals feature but I use portion control and not calorie tracking with my clients. Having nutritional information attached to the plans and meals would complicate and confuse our portion control approach. I will only be able to use these features if I can create meal plans and add my own custom meals without having the information attached to it.

Separate Meal Plan from Nutrition Goals
I don't mind the options for a general calorie goal and split (balanced) as options in the meal planner, however, having it automatically update the client's nutrition goals doesn't make sense as their goals aren't going to be exactly in line with the split. The meal planner can still be used for general guidance to hit the goals I have set, but it shouldn't automatically change the goals I have for them. Make Freestyle Workouts made in the calendar Duplicatable
Right now if you make a freestyle workout directly in the calendar on a mobile device, there is no way to duplicate it, share it, or add it to a program after. In order to do this, you must go back in and recreate it all over. I think it would be a great idea if after you make a freestyle workout directly in a calendar you could go back and share it to another clients program, or even save it to a mater program.

Reminder to the coach and client when a client doesn't pay their invoice.
Send a reminder to the coach and client when the client does not pay an invoice. Similar to the reminder when a credit card is declined, remind the client the invoice is unpaid after 1 or 2 days and repeat the reminder 2 times. Also alert the coach that the invoice has not been paid.

HIDE KCAL for all people with a history of food disorder.
Being able to hide the amount of KCAL - It can be damaging for people with a history of mental unhealth with food.

Availability to give an exercise substitute easily without losing the progression planned
I cannot change an exercise without having to do all the progression again... If a client need a substitute, I have to edit thee workout, reschedule the workouts the same days and then do all the progression all over again...

Custom Auto-Responder option and message for each "Vacation" period
It would be fantastic to have a unique autoresponder on/off option and message for each event. It would eliminate the maintenance action necessary to change it from;
(a) I'm offline for the holiday today, will get back tomorrow.
(b) I'm offline from XX to YY for ZZ holiday. Hope you have a wonderful holiday and I'll get back to you on ZZ.

Add a Photos tab to the Groups Sidebar
Much like how files are being saved to the right-hand sidebar once they are uploaded into a Group, also have photos do the same thing! :)

Link exercises with goals & alerts
Ie. If you set a deadlift training goal of 150kg x 5 reps, when the client inputs the data of hitting that weight and reps, it sends an alert to the trainer and client letting them know they reached their goal.14 votes -
