We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Readiness to train section before each workout

    Having the ability to rate sleep, stress, energy & doms before each training session would be great.

    Train heroic has a similar option on their platform.

    Gives us as trainers a good idea of how well clients are recovering. As well as setting a game plan for a client who maybe had 4 hours sleep and is super stressed at work. Maybe they work at 50% that day or not at all.

    It would be awesome if there was a way to upload workout templates via an excel template. It would also be awesome to export workouts as well!

    I have a client that uses the weight watchers app to track her food. That would be another great app to link with.

  8. show total workout time for interval trainings in workout summary and templates

    It would be great when designing workouts and after to see a total time for the workout. This way trainer and client can see how long the workout is both while designing and in the summary after designed. It would be nice to see total time without having to start the workout to see how long the workout is. This will be better for scheduling and planning for both trainer and client.

    Make it so that freestyle workouts can count towards and show up in the progress stats.

  11. Better overview for "Edit progression" for easier programming and periodization

    If you have multiple different workouts with the same exercise in it, it would be easier to see them all at once in "Edit progression" calendar/view

  12. Add Session Notes Pop Up once session is complete

    Hi, a great feature would be an end of session note pop-up .It would be brilliant if you could have a box that pops up at the end of every session that sets reminders for when the client has their next session. This would be easier for off the cuff notes that need to be made. Also, particular session notes could be another feature. So as well as a note reminder that pops up at the end of a session, that same pop up could ask where you'd like to be reminded - for example, when that particular session is…

  13. Add an exercise to an existing workout on the fly

    In the previous version of the app, you could add an exercise on the fly. It helped when you simply added another exercise or substituted an exercise for some reason and wanted to record it accurately. i.e. maybe you substitute a DB bench press for a BB bench press. This can still be done on the browser, but is no longer available on the app. I resort to making a note in a notebook and entering it later when I am at my computer.

  14. Allow for graphing of multiple variables at the same time

    For example, I need to be able to graph (on the same graph at the same time);
    1) exercise load AND reps.
    2) BF and Lean mass

    I would also like to be able to determine the time frame (start date and end date) for each graph

  15. Add 'Instructions' field before each superset within a workout

    At the moment there is a field to add instructions for the entire workout, but each "superset" within each workout may have a set of instructions that's unique to the others. I understand that you can outline this at the top of the workout; however, it can be quite annoying or difficult to have to constantly reference the instructions at the top of the page. Furthermore, understanding which instructions correspond to which superset can be confusing to some. An 'instructions' field before each superset would remedy this and make for a much better UX.

  16. Better Quick Emoji Options in the Chat! ❤️👍💪🏆 👏 🎉😃

    The current 6 emoji options that can be quickly accessed in the bottom right corner of the chat box are very lacking. For instance, I’ve NEVER used the “thumbs down” emoji, nor have I used the “waving hi” emoji – both are basically pointless and take the place of emojis that coaches are much more likely to use, like the “arm flexing” and/or “trophy” emoji or even just a simple “smiling” emoji (not a face that’s sticking its tongue out at a client…).

  17. Pin Messages & Reply Directly to Message to Create Threads

    To have the ability to pin messages in group chats.
    To have the ability to reply directly to a message in a group chat creating a thread.

    This would allow you go do Q&As within a group chat which could take the coaching aspect to the next level. We dont want to have to use another platform like telegram for this.

  18. Show Daily Macros on Smart Meal Plan

    The Smart Meal Plan shows total calories for all meals per day but not a total for macros per day.

  19. Add scheduled time off to calendar

    Show trainer time off in the calendar. At the moment it just shows as empty days which can make scheduling tricky. It would be handy if the scheduled time off showed within the main calendar schedule.
