This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Automatically show trainer recommend % of weight increase from week to week

    Once a workout is built, for progressions, I wish I could add the percentage or # of increase to auto populate each time an exercise is scheduled.

    Ie. Back squat @ 100 one week auto plans for 105 next week.

  3. Replace/Add new upper body foam rolling exercises

    I want to do mobility workouts for my clients and for the foam rolling the form is worse than horrible. For some of them the person demonstrating rolls all over his low back. And for other, the "chest foam rolling", couldn't be worst, the guy rolls from his armpits all the way down his chest, and first, that's not how you roll your pecs, and second, that is no possible to do for a woman for obvious reasons. I'll have to film my own videos for this. Please, please, replace those videos or just delete them for avoiding someone using…

  5. Get a notification after multiple missed workouts

    If a client misses more than 2 workouts in a row, the trainer should receive a notification so that he/she can check on the client and hold them accountable. The current "missed" feature seems to trigger at midnight on the day of the upcoming workout. This isn't ideal.

  6. Folder for pdfs that I easily assign to clients or a group program.

    A trainer’s folder to keep pdfs . I would like the ability to easily assign certain documents to clients, group or program. This keeps all their training/nutrition/program information in the app.

  7. Add the prescribed reps to the tracking sheet when you print it.

    When you select the option to print the tracking sheet it leaves the reps and weight blank. I understand the weight by why the reps. It is redundant to add them back in again. Whether I use it for my in person sessions or they want to use that instead of the app while working out.

  9. Add a 'Rehab/Recovery' top-level category

    Currently there are only 2 top-level categories: the blue square 'workouts' and the green circle 'cardio'. These categories are prominently displayed on the client dashboard in the 'activity by week' graphs and the 'all time completed' sections, as well as in the color coordinated calendar view.

    It would be GREAT if you could add a category for 'recovery' activities that could also be tracked and managed in the same manner. Perhaps a yellow oval or a purple star? The color/icon shape doesn't matter. But Recovery is such a major part of any successful training program, and we would love to…

  10. Larger Instruction Area in Workout Builder

    The new workout builder only provides three lines of text which makes it a pain to edit. The ability to resize this area or just have it larger would be great!

  11. heart rate calculation using Karvonen formula

    I noticed in the recent update that heart rates within the different zones is now automatically calculated utilizing the age of the client. I love this, however, it would be nice if we had the options of either choosing between calculating the zones automatically with the age formula or the Karvonen formula which utilizes the client's resting heart rate as well. Or at least entering the zones manually under the "measurements" tool so it overrides the age-predicted heart rates automatically.

  12. Low workout compliance, without scheduled workouts

    Low workout compliance, without scheduled workouts.

    With the new compliance for nutrition and workout, i need a option to track workout compliance also, for the clients who have not scheduled their workouts ahead of time.

    Example: "tag client with less than 3 workouts each week" or "low workout compliance with clients less than 2 workouts each week" etc.

    Hope this can be a feature soon, together with the new (and awesome) compliance feature.

  13. Mass convert group master program to custom programs for those in the group

    Hey, just a quick idea I had pop in my mind - the ability to mass convert everyone in a group with a master program to a custom program.

    Use case - if you have a group with a bunch of people who have cultivated community, and they were all on the same master program, you wouldn't want them to lose that sense of community by joining a different group if you needed to change some of the people to a different program, switch training plan dates, or have new members come into the group with their own start date…

  15. Progress graphs based on rep ranges (e.g. strength/hypertrophy ranges)

    The ability to view progress exercise graphs depending on whether you are doing strength or hypertrophy rep ranges.

    At the moment when looking at the progress of a Squat for example, if clients have done both strength and hypertrophy phases, the current max weight/max reps/load views can be very messy.

    I would like the ability to view data specific to rep schemes/ranges, or at the very least, the 1-5 rep or 6-12 rep ranges.

  18. Have one space where we can see all the notes a client has input.

    I can only see a note from a client in the daily email or if I click on that specific workout they checked in for/tracked. Many of my clients leave me detailed notes after each workout and it would be helpful to see them all in one space for each client so that I can review them all at once before writing their next program.

  19. Improve the rest timer

    I was working out tonight on the versaclimber at my local gym and wanted to do sprint intervals of 30 seconds while listening to my music.

    I could not do this because the rest timer didn't warn me that there were only 10 seconds left. I was waiting for a ring or to alert me but it never did. A countdown would have been nice too. But I wouldn't of wanted it to interrupt my music.

    Timed workouts are the best workouts for online training. The client can stay on track and push themselves (reps don't do this)

  20. Allow supersets to be created with different set scheme

    Super sets should be able to be created, but with the ability to change the number of sets for each exercise.

    For example:
    Deadlift
    Bench Press
    Plank

    If you want 4 sets of the deadlift, 3 sets of bench press, and 3 sets of plank you should be able to program that in while still working in a tri set.
