Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Be able to add more than one ‘my meals’ at a time

    To make it quicker to track your meals, I think it’s vital to be able to select numerous meals from previously tracked aor my meals section in the app tracker. Often clients will eat several of the same meals each day and it just saves time to quickly select 3-4 of the same previously tracked meals.

  2. Be able to hide the kettlebell icon so clients can't access their programs unless they're scheduled in their calendar by their coach

    This way we can charge in person PT for programing specifically. Currently the clients can just go into this part of the app and see all the programs we've done in our PT sessions so they don't need to pay extra

    exemple I need to manage 10 PTs and I each PT have 30 clients
    it would be good if i could see everyone clients all at onces to see if i can reschedule a client with another PT or if someone goes on holiday I can shaffule clients to other PTs.

  4. Change Group Icon to a Custom Image

    Hello,

    Can we use custom images for the group icon. It would be perfect for branding. The selection of provided icon images isn’t extremely diverse. The ability to use our own images expands creativity

    My favorite feature of the previous AFC app was the ability to receive alerts when class registration opened. I’d love to see this feature on this app.

  8. Keep a timer option for timed based exercises.

    It would seem that if the exercise is definitely time based, I should be able to set a recommended timer for that exercise.

    Currently, if an exercise is Timed (Longer Better) or Timed (Shorter Better) or Timed Strength, we lose the ability to select a recommended timer with the exercise. We can only type in text with the exercise when prescribing it to a particular client or workout.

    If I can make a feature request, please allow Timed exercises to have an editable timer on them like standard Strength exercises.

  11. Include more meals without protein powder

    It would be great to have some food options for my clients that do not include scoops of protein powder. Most modern societies have adequate amounts of protein as it is.
    I find my options are very limited

  14. It would be helpful if trainers could review circuit workouts as seen from the clients POV.

    Trainers can view the interval workouts they design from the POV of the client.

  15. Sync all workout data through devices

    Sync all workout data through devices. Have the ability to push a cardio workout, swim,run, group class from devices like Apple Watch, Fitbit and bar in to the trainerize Apple. This would take a step away from clients having to manual enter workouts into our app. Another way would be to allow sync through Strava which already incorporates all wearables.

  16. Include area to add notes to each meal to give clients directions and suggestions on preperation or substitues.

    We need an area to add notes to give clients further directions on their meal plan. Water intake, substitutes for some of the ingredients and other helpful info.

  17. workout compliance

    Low workout compliance gets calculated weekly on Sunday. I would like to know that the client has low workout compliance every 3 days, NOT WEEKLY. I want to catch that sooner.

  18. More text space for postings in groups

    These days we can only write very short group messages in group's...

    But if you need to explain something you need more text space in your message...

    Please give us the opportunity to write 1000 characters or more for one posting.

    Maybe a Go Live session like on Facebook will also a great feature

  19. Remove dropdown for serving size in meal tracker and go back to entering a number manually

    The new update sets the serving size as a dropdown with only 1-99 selectable. This breaks the app in numerous ways and is very slow to use. For an example where it breaks usage of the app, my clients regularly add straight calorie items using a 1g=1cal food type. Ex. 230 serving size to add a 230 calorie meal. It also doesn't easily allow fractions of serving sizes (1.5, 2.5).

    Up until this point serving size could always be entered as a number, any number, manually. This dropdown prevents higher numbers, and is also slow and cumbersome to scroll through…

  20. Expanded Programing Screen

    When I input exercises into the workout the names of exercises get cut off. Sometimes exercise variations have nearly identical names and having the names cut off makes it more tedious to manage. I've tried "zooming out" on the browser but that changes the size of the exercise database more than improving the actual workout layout
