What is Trainerize design - how about it?
In the context of increasingly personalized online coaching needs, how can Trainerize design and integrate a multi-tiered system architecture that uses artificial intelligence, deep learning, predictive analytics, and real-time data synchronization from wearables to not only optimize the coaching experience based on each user’s behavior, performance, biosensors, and long-term goals, but also ensure security, scalability when data volumes spike, backward compatibility with existing APIs, and maintain stable processing performance for millions of concurrent active users?

Sport Science - Including different metrics
If there was a way to track different metrics to allow for various training modalities & progression would be great. Especially since there are an increase in newer apps that allow for clients to track different metrics such as Velocity Based Training (VBT) using JumpLab or MetricVBT apps.
This could include; Average or Max Wattage for Assault Bikes, VBT metrics (Average Velocity or Peak Power),
This could potentially be an option whereby we click what metrics we'd like to track for each exercise to make it easier & cleaner instead of its traditional drop-down menu. Eg Endurance, Strength, Timed, etc.

Sync nutrition data to Apple health
I log my meals in Trainerize. You should then write that data to Apple health app for macro and calorie tracking.

Allow people to input meals on desktop. Many clients use My Fitness Pal vs the app for this very reason

Accept payments for events directly in listing and from non-clients
We should be able to accept payments for one-off events--like outdoor workouts--directly in that event without needing to create a separate product. If purchasers need to become clients, they can just become basic clients, as that's already a feature. But it's super cumbersome to have to create a separate product AND event just to get this done now.

Samsung steps still inaccurate after bug fix.
There was a known issue that was recently resolved for Health Connect to Trainerize syncing, but my client's steps are still showing a higher step count in the app than what has been completed. We ran through the troubleshooting steps a couple of times, but they're still inaccurate.

Use Trainerize Native Video for Prospect Calls
To do a video call with a prospect you're required to post a Zoom (or other) link...Why would we need to do this if we have the video add-on purchased (which I do)?
This needs to be an option asap. The whole reason I got rid of Zoom is because I opted for the native video feature.1 vote -
Full control over booking windows
The ability to choose exactly how long before a class starts that a member can book and cancel is a huge necessity.
Right now the minimum sign up time is limited to 2 hours or 0 hours before the class--why isn't there at least a 1 hour option??Ideally this is an input box next to a drop down menu like when you set an alert in Google Calendars where you select Week, Day, Hour, Minutes and then enter your desired time frame.
I don't want to set it to 0 because that's too lenient, but I guarantee if I…

Be able to sell a digital program that never expires
Along with current coaching and pending clients, there should be a tab for subscribers. These individuals are not necessarily considered clients so they don’t count towards total clients assigned to a specific trainer.
Trainerize could potentially take a 2-5% cut of the digital program being sold so the developers can still run their business and we can use the app. This is generous because we already pay a % cut to stripe..
The world of fitness is changing and more people are interested in purchasing self guided digital programs.
I don't know about many of you but i have been…

Let's make a progress bar for daily step count. It would be great to have a visual to help clients strive to hit their goal.

Personalized AI Bot that answers people questions with AI Food log in that intergrates and put the data into myfitnesspal.
I have seen trainers already doing this through Trainerize, but with multiple systems that are integrated to make this happen. They can assign clients to a personalized AI bot that handles everyday questions, pretty much about anything. Also, they have AI food integration log-ins that once the client takes a picture or enters the data within the chat, it automatically uploads the data into MyFitnessPal.

Notes section to input next to exercise during session and previous session results
It would be great as a coach, when I am live in session with someone to be able to see what the client hit compared to last session, also just having a notes box to write any info that I need to for things like myorep set reps or any notes on form etc for each exercise

Remove Weight (kg) Field for Mobility Exercises
Many coaches use mobility exercises as instruction-based, bodyweight-only movements.
Currently, when assigning mobility exercises, the "kg/weight" field appears automatically in the workout tracking interface. However, mobility work does not involve external load.
This creates confusion for clients, as they may think they are expected to add weight or input data that is not relevant to the exercise.
Thank you for considering this improvement.

App interface allowing the coach to do more
On the go, I dont always have my laptop and the app itself is very limiting on what you can do compared to the web browser. In app notifications for clients completing things would be game changer. My email is always getting spammed with notifications when it should be in the app. You arent able to build workouts using filters on the app, you arent able to schedule automated messages, scheduling someones day is hard.. the app itself needs more capabilities for the coach on the go.
