This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Two factor authentication

    What I would like to see is two-factor authentication especially for trainers. With my main profession currently being IT, I know there is a lot of personal information on the Trainerize website. I am sure trainers have consultation forms, medical information, and other personal information pertaining to their clients on the site. While the chances of the site being attacked is low, the information contained on the site still should be protected, better.

  2. Option to select particular bodyparts for measurements and a total girth measurement progress chart

    I don't find neck, forearms and calves necessary for many of my clients. I feel more would complete their check in measurements if i had the option to keep it more simple for those new to coaching.

    Also an option to view a progress chart for total girth measurements would be helpful.

  5. Add Workout Alert for an exact time

    I have a multi faceted program for some of my clients. I'd like to be able to schedule an exact time for each workout to keep them regimented.

    For example:
    9am: Warmup
    9:15am Strength Workout
    8pm Core Circuit

  7. Sync Trainerize with Macrostax

    I would love the option to use Macrostax in place of My Fitness Pal or Evolution Nutrition - it's a wonderful tool, I personally love it. Would be amazing to get ppls nutrition tracking all in Trainerize without having them double log in mfp.

  11. Individual Workout and Nutrition Compliment goals

    I think Workout Compliance and Nutrition Compliance should be individually set for each client and not as a whole. This would be useful especially for nutrition. If a client is struggling to eat more it would be good to set them at 50% compliance then over time increase them up until they get to 20% compliance. I have clients that can track with 10% compliance and others that can't and because of that, it's hard to tell how clients are progressing with their nutrition.

  13. PLEASE ADD TRAINERIZE PAY TO THE BAHAMAS or make it easier to set up product sale without it in the Bahamas

    I do not have Trainerize pay in my country and it's making it very hard `to set up product pricing. once you enter your country you can not change and my clients are excited about the app. Please if you can set this up asap I would greatly appreciate it. Or provide another course of action. PS DONT SAY ZAPIER

  14. Ability to set up auto replys to clients workouts.

    Ability to set up auto messages when clients complete workouts. For example if I create a leg workout. once they complete it will say AUTOMATICALLY HEY Mike how was that leg workout? Instead of now I have to reach out to them manually when they are done.. This will create great client retention

  15. I would LOVE for the system to add stop lights to accounts. Like Red means new system dye GREEN means “all is good”.

    If a client leaves a message OR leaves measurements, pictures or weight... for their trainer there should be a RED (or any color) dot that pops up. This way us trainers would be able to quickly respond to that client needing feedback. Right now it’s EXTREMELY difficult to catch all “check ins” as your looking for clients that submitted their information. I have lost a lot of clients check ins because I didn’t get notified when they left their information.

  16. Ability to include notes in invoice

    For in person clients I like to include dates we trained in the invoice as a way of confirming those dates with a client and for record keeping by bother parties.

  20. ability to mention other trainers in notes

    Ability to mention another trainer in the notes and the other trainer can get a notification. This will be great for collaboration.
