AI Training Focus Automations
Coaches can select various AI-powered training focus automations for their client’s programs:
Progressive Overload: AI adjusts reps, sets, and weight progression automatically based on client performance. The system increases the intensity over time to ensure the client is continuously improving.
Auto-Regulated Training (RPE/Fatigue): The AI guides the client to adjust the intensity of their workout by suggesting the appropriate number of reps and weight to use based on their perceived exertion (RPE) or fatigue level.
Muscle Endurance Focus: For endurance training, the AI sets higher rep ranges (12-20+ reps) with lighter weights for improving muscular endurance.

Mark-up a check in photo.
Can you add the ability to mark up a check in photo? That way I can circle or draw arrows and lines on them. This is an easy way to show them what I want them to change using an edited photo.

Have the ability to disable the Trainerize meal library when autogenerating meal plans so it only uses your own meals/recipes. The ones in Trainerize are too complicated and unrealistic.

Easier movement swaps without ruining progressions
It would make my life so much simpler if we were able to swap movements within a training phase without having to redo all the progressions. Each time a client requests a movement swap, I have to change the movement, reprogram all the days for that workout and then redo all the progressions. If there was a way to just swap in or add in a new movement without ruining all the progressions, that would make things SO much more efficient.

set custom calorie days
I can't believe the advanced nutrition coaching doesn't allow you to set custom high/low calorie and macro targets for certain days for clients. I don't think I would have purchased this if I knew that in advance. Is this feature going to be added?

Recently saw that Noom has teamed up with Prism Labs to create an in-app AI body scan. Could be a cool concept for Trainerize app for those who cannot afford or have access to visiting a lab for decades scans, etc.

Animated
Have a library of exercises with animated videos. This would eliminate the need for trainers to have spend hours uploading themselves doing exercises; as well as not having to use the existing pre-made exercise videos, which could affect individual trainers/studios branding.

Be able to select a 4 meal plan split for meal plans under 1600.
Currently doesn't allow to add 4 meals but if my client wants 3 big meals and 1 snack I can't do that

Allow clients to enter in daily stats using a 1-5 scale
Examples:
mood on 1-5 scale (5 being great mood)
low back pain 1-5 scale
energy levels 1-5 scale

Exercise note included in history
Show exercise note alongside history. Underneath the exed use name you have the ability to write down rep range, tempo, ROM etc. When you view the history of an exercise it would be helpful to show the notes for that exercises. For example, take a regular lat pulldown done for 10 reps at 100 lbs on one day. Then on the next session you decided to add an eccentric tempo for 10 reps at 90 lbs. The history currently shows 100lbs one day and 90 lbs on the following without any context. It would be nice to see that the…

Group Notification Settings
I just wanted to share something that I feel would make a huge difference for coaches when it comes to improving quick client response times.
I am not sure if this is possible, or if it is already on your "wish list".
In Group Notifications, we are given only the option to have notifications turned on for both "Only mentions and reactions," and it would be so helpful if I could have my notifications turned on just for 'mentions'!
By grouping them together we get flooded with notifications of people reacting to messages (which we don't really need to see),…1 vote -
