Pause or hold workout to finish later
I myself have had a couple situations in which I can't finish a workout because I need to take a call and it ends up being a longer call. There should be a way to pause, delay, or hold a workout for an extended period to then later come back to. Perhaps there could be a pause and then after one hour you would need to pause again and again every hour until you complete the workout or miss it.

Apple Health Integration For Nutrition Macros
You currently do not have a connection with the LoseIt! app among others. An alternative to this would be if Trainerize could pull macronutrient data from Apple Health in order to populate Trainerize. I think this would be a great option for those who don't use My Fitness Pal. Thanks!

More customizable options for client nutrition and bio-data tracking
For coaches who like more data not less, it would be amazing to have valuable information available on a data dashboard. I personally do metabolic testing and I would love to be able to track how the clients metabolism (RMR) has been affected over time. Graphing of ones energy, hunger, cravings, mood, sleep, and water consumption. Most of these could be entered daily by client on an easy 1-10 scale outside of water and sleep which you would just enter oz and hours. There should also be achievements for clients' nutrition successes in the achievement thread on clients dash
Example achievements:
Consistency with tracking their meals for "x" number of days/weeks/months
Consistency with reaching their calorie and macro goals for "x" number of days/weeks/months

TUT tracking
A third field of recording time under tension. We can perscribe time under tension in the field for reps. But, we have no way to track if the client has out performed a devious time under tension or total volume of a set that includes time under tension, weight and repetitions.

Edit workout from calendar screen
Allow the ability to edit a cardio activity or workout from the calendar screen. For example, if I schedule running and forget to add a target I have to delete the workout and add it back in rather than being able to click on running and edit. It would save time and improve ease of use when programming.

Improve Program functionality for Copying to, or copying from
- Ability to copy workouts to multiple Programs at once, i.e. in order to update or add a workout to all plans
- Ability to Copy from a Program to a client from within client view - i.e. where it says “this client doesn’t have a program, add one” then below that there’s a link to copy to, but only from workout templates.
- Ability to Copy from a Program to client(s) from the general client list ‘copy to/from’ window (again, currently the only 'from' options are clients or workout templates).

Allow progressing of round in progressions builder for interval workouts
When I try to edit the progressions for interval workouts, it only gives me the option to change the rest interval time, but I have no way of changing the high intensity interval time. Making this possible with the interval workouts would save so much time.

Allow notes to be written for each individual set rather than only the overall workout. This provides much better feedback for the trainer
In the current version I can't write notes during individual exercises. I can only write notes for the workout overall.
I would love to be able to write a trainee note for each set. For example during the third set of bench press my client may experience a random sensation I want to monitor.
With a note that pops up in the history I can make mention of it during the next session. This makes me look attentive and professional.

The ability to have a 'hub' for client resources to acces
Currently I store all of my client's resources in a separate google drive such as grocery lists, personal development resources, nutrition packets etc. It would be awesome to have a hub in trainerize that could support the shared storage of resources for my clients. Everfit I believe has this feature.

Ability to log part or multiple servings of client's custom meal.
When entering custom foods for my client to easily access, why am I only able to enter ONE serving size? This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I have clients with different protein goals so when creating meals for them, I have to create THREE SEPARATE chicken options, one for 4 oz, one for 5 oz, one for 6 oz...This is extremely tedious work that takes too much time. Trainers need the ability to use the app as if they were a client to help guide and teach the client how to use the app. Especially with the new nutrition coaching features, trainers must know the process for scanning food, trying the meals in the app, tracking macros, etc.

Schedule tasks/habits or activities for specific times of the day
It would be nice to be able to schedule reminders for different tasks, habits or activities for different times of the day. This is a feature I've seen in PT Distinction and it's actually a feature used by many Calendar Apps.
At the moment, in Trainerize you can only schedule Private Messages for different times of the day. All other stuff on a client's calendar: Habits, Workout, Cardio, Photos and Body Stats only have a daily reminder which is set for a particular time of the day (Default is 8AM I think and only the clients can change this daily…
